He is reordering the doors to what we had originally asked for from the company. I am appreciative of a company that cares enough to make the effort. Original Review: Buyer beware - I would avoid this company at all costs. Had to replace doors at the church after a break-in. They came measured were told what was needed and then charged premium $ for doors that were nowhere close to what was previously there. The locks were incorrect - the stain was at least 3 shades lighter than all the doors on the floor - the safety window was not actually safety glass but plain clear single pane glass and was a different size. When told about the inconsistencies were unwilling to do anything to rectify their mistakes basically telling the church you're SOL.

Coming from someone who is extremely particular (and fully aware of it)... they nailed it…read more We started by walking through the showroom and talking about what we wanted for our new construction. I explained which rooms needed cabinetry and sent over our blueprints for measurements. I'll be honest -- I'm that client. I'm detail-oriented, I know what I like, and I'm probably a little intimidating to work with. So when they weren't furiously taking notes, I had a brief moment of, "Oh no... this could go sideways." Then they sent me the kitchen design. I almost fell over. It was exactly what I wanted -- so spot-on that I was genuinely shocked. No endless revisions, no "close enough," just absolutely perfect. For someone as picky as I am, that basically never happens. On top of the design talent, they are incredibly kind, easy to work with, and easy to get ahold of -- which, if you've ever built a house, you know is huge. This part of our build has been completely stress-free, and I honestly can't say that about much else. If you're building or remodeling and want cabinets done by people who somehow understand your vision better than you do -- even when you're a pain -- this is your company. I can't recommend them enough.
