Reached out to Klaus and received a call back that day! Explained the specialty work I needed done. He squeezed me in within 48 hours. Unfortunately, the work that was performed ( which was excellent) wasn't what we really needed. Probably a miscommunication. Now here is where Klaus(owner) restored my faith in humanity.
