He was able to squeeze us in on the same day. After checking our heatpump/AC system (which was nearly 30 years old) he told us that it was about to fail and needed to be replaced. He did add some freon to nurse it along for a couple days since we had a renter at the house. Amazingly (given Covid shortages) he was able to locate a unit for us and have it shipped from NJ. He rearranged his schedule and got it installed for us within 2 days of it's delivery. Len Davis is a miracle worker and I can't recommend him highly enough!

Our air conditioner stopped blowing cool air at the end of June, so we called Davis HVAC Services…read more Mr. Davis diagnosed the problem as a failed mother board. The part needed to be ordered, so he Jerry-rigged the system to cool while we waited the week for the part. Mr. Davis never came back. He had the fan set up to run nonstop, even when we turned the breaker off. Our electric bill almost doubled every month. I called every day for weeks, they didn't/wouldn't answer the phone. I left detailed messages telling them who I was but never got a call back. When I call other companies and explain that Davis HVAC came out and rigged the system they don't want to come out and help us. I wish I had never called Davis HVAC to begin with. A very disappointing experience, and I absolutely would not recommend Davis HVAC Services, Greenbackville, VA.

He came over within the hour, had a quote to me a little while later and was very fair and thorough in his pricing and outline of the work to be done. Incredibly professional, responsive and stayed right on top of everything. I came in to the shop this morning at 8 a.m. to find that they had pre-placed their debris trailer right next to the area to be worked on (proactive...I LIKE that) and when Kyle and his crew showed up (including his 4-legged foreman, Rowdy), they got to work immediately and kept at it until the job was done. I appreciated that because having a large hole in the wall when the wind chill is 20 degrees is darn uncomfortable, but they handled it all beautifully and as quickly as possible. These guys know what they are doing, were kind, courteous and respectful the entire time. Kyle has a great crew working with him and I will not hesitate to give him my business and recommend him to anyone looking for someone reliable, which around here, tends to be a difficult find. Thank you, Kyle & Crew. Hope to see you guys again soon!!

It was the best decision we ever made the new GE washer and Dryer was delivered the very next day. In addition to the delivery men being fantastic we love the features that the new set has and feel so relieved to know that H&H will be there to service the appliance should it ever need to be and that we will never have to deal with A&E or Sears ever again. Any future appliances we purchase will be from H&H in Pocomoke City Maryland It is 2/4/20 our GE washer and dryer are working splendidly. Yesterday our Kenmore Elite dishwasher purchased in 2013 decided to pump water onto the kitchen floor. As I will do for the rest of my life I called H&H for service. I was told I would be receiving a call from to service tech within two days. In less than 24 hours I not only received a call from the tech but he was out to our home and had diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately the cost to repair the Kenmore exceeds its value so we will be going to H&H tomorrow afternoon to purchase a new one. I am so impressed with Denny he is absolutely the nicestperson anyone could meet. His knowledge is extraordinary haveing periferal experience with appliances I know his credibility is unquestionable. It may sound strange to say but I'm looking forward to buying a new dishwasher from H&H and getting the Sears junk out of our house. I'm so glad that I will never have to deal with Sears Home Services or A&E Factory crooks. So we received our GE profile dishwasher this evening and it's beautiful, quiet and we want to fill it with dishes immediately, we just don't have a full load yet. Eddie came by himself this evening by himself brought the new dishwasher into the house up to the second floor and made every effort to insure the greatest of cleanliness. He removed the old dishwasher by himself and left not a scrap behind. His installation was meticulous. If there is a more kind hard working gentleman that has ever entered our home we have yet to meet him. Our experience with everyone at H&H has been extraordinary but Eddie was wonderful. I hope the owners of H&H appreciate what a high quality employee they have representing them that they compensate him generously he certainly deserves it. We will be loyal customers of H&H forever, maybe it's possible to save a dollar by going to the big store but when you buy from H&H your part of the family.
