When she had finished massaging my back and turned me over to my front side is when she offered "something extra." I declined and after that the rest of the massage got even worse. I could tell she was mad that I declined and she wasn't going to make money off "extra services." Once things were done, I offered a tip. She honestly didn't really earn it for the poor service but I was just trying to get out of there at that point. After giving her the tip, she looked at the money and started complaining about how much tip I gave her! Wow. You give me a crappy massage and just because I declined your happy ending now you are going to give me a hard time about how much I tipped you? Couldn't believe it. Cons: Unfortunately the setting on the laser was higher than the recommended strength and I got a burn scar that blistered. On coming back I did some reading about bbl and realized that there needs to be some cooling period after each flash which was not followed which led to my blister. So I feel that they lack experience The receptionist Farah is very rude :( I was nervous to go there and she made the experience worse. Also she's somehow responsible to give the pricing to patients and puts an awful front. I didnt want to deal with this place because I got a feeling they wont care/entertain any concerns given shes who I will have to deal with.
