After 3 months, tapering over time, I was pain free, and remain pain free now. Ross is thorough but doesn't rush healing. I have since seen Ross several times for varying injuries (different ankle injury, knee pain, wrist injury, etc). I also began seeing Dr. JC for regular chiropractic adjustments for serious migraines and other back pain. Within a few months, my migraines were significantly reduced and I enjoyed the other benefits of regular chiropractic adjustments: I was getting sick less and less and having far fewer sinus issues. I couldn't possibly recommend Dr. JC more. During a period when my insurance coverage was poor, he worked with me so I could maintain consistency. When you get adjusted regularly, you can benefit from maintenance adjustments that are far less frequent. I am currently seeing Dr. JC for my normal maintenance adjustments but also seeing Ross/Andrew for an Achilles strain. I have an autoimmune disease which causes joint pain and I feel like everything is taken care of here. Their billing staff (which is not in the same office) leave a lot to be desired, but the level of care you get from the actual medical professionals treating you, is top notch. You need to do your research on your insurance coverage. They only accept out-of-network benefits but (the front desk staff) are happy to work with you on reimbursement, etc.
