BEWARE THEY ARE DISHONEST ABOUT UNITS INJECTED. I went for Botox injections, I was a long time customer. I always used 50 units and the bill was always the same. On this day, After my injections I went to the front desk to pay. The bill was much higher than usual. I asked why and she said I didn't take the 50 units so they charge more per unit. I told her I did not give Donna permission to inject fewer units. She called Donna out to talk to me and she refused to inject the 3 remaining units. The problem became clear. Fewer than 50 units cost much more. They made more money . I never went back to that clinic. I see that as stealing from the customer who clearly requested 50 units at that visit and every visit prior to that day. Watch the techs, don't take their word for the amount you are paying for. I came here due to the pricing and good reviews and got botox on my forehead and Juvaderm for my nasolabial folds. After a few weeks, I noticed that my right nasolabial fold was filled superficially and left a lump on the right side. Unfortunately, I don't live in Houston so can't get it corrected -- so I'm stuck with a lump until it metabolizes. Customer service here was also just ok. In relation to other places I've been, it was rather subpar. When I initially called to make the appointment, the girl I spoke with seemed annoyed I was calling and it was really off putting. Upon arrival, the girl that numbed my face was very pleasant and hospitable. The front desk was also nice upon checkin. The physician that came in to answer any questions prior to injecting was also very friendly. Dina was my injector. Normally I could careless about personality, but I didn't find her that personable or engaging. It was a very transactional experience. She did provide good guidance and recommendation on the amount needed Pricing was fine, nice setting, and very sterile and clean. Also lacked complimentary wine or tea which is offered at other places I've been to. This is my first Yelp review and felt it was important to leave this for others. Please consider what the negative reviews have to say. This is definitely not a place that makes you feel welcome or cared for. The atmosphere is not relaxed. It felt crowded (especially during COVID) and noisy. I went in for a chemical peel, asked some BASIC questions about the chemicals being used, and the lady rudely said "I have to go get the bottle, I don't have that memorized". Well, no wonder she doesn't have it memorized, because the concentrations of the ingredients are not on the bottle. I would expect a professional to know what they are putting on my face and be kind when I ask about it rather than rude. All she did was tell me I should buy this product, do this procedure, have that type of facial. Sell, sell, sell. We barely talked about the reasons why I wanted to have a chemical peel in the first place. I knew right then that I would never come back here for any procedure. I would rather travel an hour across town to visit a provider that actually knows what they're doing. I will never recommend this spot to anyone. First I would like to say that Lori is amazing and this review isn't a direct reflection of her work. I made an appointment for two procedures using Sculptra to help fill out parts of my glutes and for filler in my face. I was only scheduled for 1 hour to do both procedures, which was Not an efficient amount of time allotted for both procedures though finding this out midway. It took a little over an hour just to do one side of my butt before someone came knocking on the door asking how much longer was this going to be. Keep in mind she still had the other side of my butt as well as my face filler to complete in which was originally intended and scheduled. Point is, no matter the amount being spent, I am not pleased with how my appointments' were handled. And in this case, $4,200 was spent with my face filler procedure still yet to be accomplished. The lack of efficient scheduling resulted in another appointment to be squeezed in, to which I was provided the option to be placed back into the shuffle and wait in the lobby. This was treated as if I had added another service during my 1st initial, when it was actually scheduled for Both.. a week in advance. Luckily an appointment cancelled which Lori was updated that my second procedure could be accomplished but would only provide 20 mins for my second investment based on another appointment arriving. Nothing good comes out of a rush! None the less, this was not a "once in a lifetime" procedure for me, but unfortunately this has has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will be taking my future investments to another clinic. Once again, Lori was great and hope that her team backs her to make effective adjustments in order for customers to feel that their investments are given the proper time rather than to rushed in and handled like cattle. read more
