Poor idea of customer service here. Sounds like they treat paying clients like doctors and bankers did 40 years ago. You know - like we should sooo lucky to give them a few hundred dollars for an intial consultation..
Rang for an appointment with a referal 15/1/17. Was asked to scan the referal and send it in with a brief note of my concerns.
I am sure in the digital age, many peope waste a lot of time filling in forms and paperwork that just are not required.
It is always interesting when business feel that clients should do more paperwork just for their business. Surely this is not a good indication of customer service or how the practitioners treat their clients.
Isnt the referal to cover the screening process ?? :( read more
