She stated it was quick and easy and I might as well remove it any way to be safe. She never warned me about the strong likelihood of scarring on my chest and proceeded to remove the mole. Come to find out later Most dermatologists would refer you to a plastic surgeon to remove moles on your chest. When I told her I was unhappy with the fact that she didn't properly warn me or have the consideration to refer me to a plastic surgeon to remove the mole she coldly stated I signed the waiver and to get over it. I asked her to provide free scar removal since she had this service in her office. She said no. I'm a single, professional female and the last thing I need is a scar on my chest. Over a year later and countless scar reducing creams I still have scarring. Now I will have to pay to get the scar removed. She was rude, unprofessional and uncaring. They are also closed on Fridays. They call yesterday. Because it was a rando #, did not pick up. Now I have to wait till Monday, in pain, for cancer results. No other Forefront office has access to these results. No other Forefront office can help me. How dare they (a) perform a painful procedure without giving me relevant painkillers, (b) lie to me about how they would contact me, (c) refuse to hand over the results for 4 days.
