I must say the wax does sting a bit more than the usual places like benefit or places that use the colored wax, however they use all natural 100% bees wax for all their waxing purposes so you're in good hands-- and for less additives and skin irritants, I would take a little sting any day!

You will be let for approx 10 min so the mask can work out, later on Professional beautician will gently remove the rest with warm towels and apply cream and optimally make up. Face and complexion looks brighter and feels smoother. Friendly ladies who are happy to offer advice & do a good job. Once I did find the wax too hot & one time when I asked for a Brazilian with landing strip it turned out a bit crooked but in both those cases, the employee was new to waxing. However, the ones who have been there for a longer period of time do a really great job & take great care removing all the hair & that you're comfortable. Also, I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes & the service is friendly. I also like the bonus card although I do miss the student discount.

The entire session took about an hour, and I really appreciate the time she took to clean up my cuticles (my hands were a mess). It's been over a week and my nails still look great!

Asking me if I was sure, while I actually came to the Salon with my feet the previuos day. If I was her boss, I would fire that personel.
