He was extremely easy to talk to which is really good when trusting a stranger with a needle anywhere near your face. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to tell us right vs wrong! Billy came highly recommended so I made an appointment with him and he did not disappoint! I was a little nervous as I haven't had any piercings other than my ears, but Billy was so funny and witty and made the whole process so smooth and stress-free for me. He is a very lovable, easy to talk to, and takes pride in what he does. The studio itself is clean and very well decorated. They have a big variety of jewelry to choose from. They take card or cash. I wish I had known before so I could have brought more. When I do get an idea for a tattoo I'm definitely going back to Billy!

When I arrived for my appointment, she tried to sell me on a smaller version of my request, which I rejected. Then she cut out after she did the base work 3- 3 1/2 hours and asked me to let it heal and come back in a month. I had larger tattoos done in one sitting 8-9 hours! When I retuned she filled in some but basically the tattoo is 65% of what I asked for, the price ended up over $500 I will never go back there! They do not appear to appreciate some customers as they care very little. And if I would not have called over 5 times and send e-mails that never where answered, the tattoo would have ended up but an outline of the artwork I submitted. Unlike the owner, she used a tablet to cross reference on a job she did, this girl did't care she just freely filled in what she thought was good enough. The shop especially the owner was highly recommended that's why I chose them over a local shop. Boy what a mistake, rip off and poor customer service. Now I need to find an other shop to complete the job, that's a first.

Came here instead of going to the mall for a helix ear piercing because I thought I'd get it done…read moreright. Well that was not the case. Right off the bat I had to sign waivers that stated I received education on care of my piercing etc, even though I never did get it. I figured I'd get a printout of everything afterwards or at least get told by the guy doing it. Nope. The guy (never even told me his name) had an extremely flat and timid personality. I showed him where I wanted it, and he said he didn't have any studs, only hoops. I told him that even though my goal was to have a hoop, I heard it was better to start with a stud because they don't move as much and cause less irritation and promote better healing. It was as if this was his first piercing because that seemed to be news to him! Miraculously, he found some studs. At this point I should've ran away, but I thought if mall teenagers can do a piercing, how bad could this be? Well I found out!!! He put a dot in the area I said I wanted it and handed me a dirty mirror to check... seemed to be in the right spot so I said ok. Then did the piercing, handed me some tissues and Q tips and walked to the front desk. Never gave me the mirror afterwards to see if it was ok and there were no mirrors on the walls for me to check. When I got to the car and could finally look at it, I saw it was completely crooked and you can see the backing of the earring from the side. Great . I should've gone back in and said something but it wouldn't fix the hole in my ear. Why would he not go straight in, towards my head? Instead he went through the fold so if I put a hoop in it, it's going to look ridiculous. Glad I didn't get inked here because at least I can take the earring out or cover it with my hair.

One…read moreof the artist tattooed me, I immediately contacted the shop and the owner said he would "fix" this at no charge and thanked me for not going public with this. But.... Since May, the owner has only made the situation worse, acted with no urgency to correct this and said he was going to start charging me. So I started visiting other artist that specialize in cover-up work in Charlotte and they can not believe the amount of damage that has been done to my arm. Most say ANY quality tattoo artist would know better than to try to cover up anything that big, that dark and that new. I have scarring, uneven color and the issue that needed covering has not been covered. Tomorrow, I will start laser removal! So....to wrap that all up for you....S'Moore Ink took my money, had 2 artist jack my arm up, lied to me about a fix, did not take into factor my feelings, acted with no urgency to correct, lied about no charge, refused to pay for removal and said they will have no further communication with me. Being " Best in Gaston" doesn't mean alot.

Lee Greene had a last minute opening and I raced in there just to get a hit of the Immortal Images Magic. Love my tattoo, and it is so much more than just the remaining inked image. Originally, we (my boyfriend and I) were certain we would get our tattoos at Fus in NODA. The front desk greeter person should have been a tip off as to the vibe of the place. We did meet with one of the artists who was arrogant and definitely conveyed the vibe that we were lucky to be in his presence. At Fus, they are known for their talent...but I treasure the entire experience of receiving a tattoo. It is deeply spiritual and kind of intimate, so I refuse to pay any amount of money to spend extended time in close proximity and being physically handled by someone whom it feels crummy to be near. That's just me. Just sayyyin. The minute we walked into Immortal Images, we felt welcome, excited, and chilled out.
