Quoted me $11,000 for services that don't justify the cost. When I asked for a simple $300 refund, the CEO promised it, then stalled with excuse after excuse. Most shocking? The CEO actually told me in writing: "Find patience somewhere in your mutated genes." That's not just unprofessional -- that's offensive and dangerous in healthcare. I've attached a screenshot so you can see it with your own eyes. And if that wasn't enough, the CEO even offered to have lunch with me anywhere I'm located to "iron things out." Although they had told me that I couldn't have the laser they took extensive photos and said that dr Del la Fuente would call to discuss the laser procedure (that they had said i shouldn't have) bottom line... these people left me with a horribly executed botox. (They didnt apply what they charged for leaving a lopsided face) they also are too busy to care or even return calls. If you are an American trying to schedule here, don't waste your time. They are unprofessional, incompetent and will most likely create more harm than good. You can find qualified caretakers in the states for comparable prices for better results.
