It's the front desk's responsibility to be clear about what services are provided here, and they could have clarified that when I initially scheduled my appointment over the phone. Their customer service could also use improvement, as both receptionists spoke in a very condescending tone, did not smile once, and just looked like they were unhappy to be there. Dr. Elizabeth could've been more empathetic, understanding the challenges of struggling with a condition that feels almost like a deadend. Instead, she said "We can just talk about your acne because we don't have much time left in your visit."
