The worst. I scheduled a new patient appointment. I was told it would be about an hour. I got there…read moreon time - but still waited 30 minutes. When they called me back, I had the X-rays and the check in. It took maybe 50 minutes. The dentist would come and go and what not. He the said he was sending a hygienist in to start the cleaning. I wanted 40 minutes for them to show up, check in on me, give me an update- something. No one did. I had to go to work because at this point, I had been there for 2 hours and haven't gotten the cleaning. I flagged someone down and told her I had to leave. She said I had to checkout. I stood for about 5 minutes (with no one helping me) so I left. I felt bad at first and called them, no answer - left voicemail. No return call. So oh well, I guess they don't care. When in reality, my mom had told her in the first phone conversation SHE NEVER WANTED TO RETURN. Not you're welcome or have a good day, anything? -- If you don't have any sense of professionalism or customer service, get a new job. Because you're clearly unfit for the role.
