Even though he's very busy, it is always easy to get an appointment with him, because he's always willing to work you into his schedule. I've never waited for longer than 10 minutes to see him. I definitely recommend!

Dr. Kim is amazing. During our initial exam, he was very thorough. We tested over 20 (possibly over…read more40) allergens and discussed alternative methods of treatment rather than going straight into allergy shots, which I appreciated. I ended up taking the shots and his office couldn't be more accommodating. He fully explained the commitment and made sure that I would be up for it. Even so, they make taking the shots as easy as possible for the time constrained. They have open wait times for shots and their waiting room is really comfortable and equipped with wifi. His staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable themselves. His office managers are a pleasure to work with (a rarity considering the fact that you've got the health insurance factor). I think it's pretty rare to find a great Dr. as well as an amazing staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Kim. I've been dealing with my allergies all of my life and this is the first time I feel like I'm getting them under control. Although he emphasizes that allergy shots aren't a cure, I feel like the level of care and knowledge that I am receiving is top notch.

I had one visit with Dr. Sowerwine and will never go back…read more I entered the office in the mid-afternoon and was greeting by two nice women sitting behind the desk. One took me back and we went over my concerns for the visit in regards to my skin. She was very clear and covered the basics and more. When it came time to see the doctor, she didn't seem very attentive and rushed though it. I was confused because I was on time for my appointment and there were no other patients (that I could see) in the office at the time. Towards the end of the appointment, she actually got up to leave while I was still asking questions. I have pretty clear skin on my face, but not my body, so I did have a few questions to ask on how to approach clearing it up. I've had bacne for 15+ years and have tried tons of products. She had mentioned that the scarring looked like something that started recently and I was kind of shocked because I feel like a dermatologist should be able to determine what's newer vs something that is a decade old. That made me side-eye her knowledge a bit. She didn't really offer much advice and prescribed a wash and called it a day. I wish she was more interested in helping me with the issue, but it felt like she had better things to do than help me.

I have literally been on every cream, lotion, pill, light treatment, homeopathic remedy, diet, and skin care regimen known to man to manage this awful skin. NOTHING has ever worked. Dr Sowerwine is the first doctor to ever LISTEN to me and took the time understand me. She is warm, friendly, and keeps a positive attitude. Instead of prescribing the same old creams and ointments that have failed me time and time again, Dr Sowerwine was quick to suggest new therapies, including Dupixent. Thanks to Dr Sowerwine, my skin is soft, clear, and itch-free for the first time in my life. I will gladly follow her to a new practice! :)

From the beginning, no one clearly explained potential charges. There seems to be zero consistency in communication between staff and the doctor. I was told after the fact that I would be charged for services they assumed I "should have known" about even though no one ever mentioned them beforehand. I paid to have my 11-year-old son's serum overnight shipped, which was already an added expense. After that, there was no follow-up or confirmation that it was received. Instead, it was somehow sent back to another Allergy Partners location, and I had to go through the process of shipping it again. On top of that, I submitted school forms that were extremely important only to be told they were shredded. I had to go back to the school, get everything redone, and resubmit the paperwork. Then, unexpectedly, I was told I would be charged for the forms as well, which was never communicated upfront. This entire experience has been disorganized, stressful, and especially disappointing when you're dealing with a child's healthcare. Clear communication, basic organization, and empathy should be the standard and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.

I specifically asked if everything was included in the office visit (allergy testing) and they said yes. After the exam and testing, I was billed separately for everything. This was then ran through my insurance as having to meet my deductible instead of the office co-pay I was expecting. When the office manager called me (3 weeks after I requested a call) she was very rude. I do not and would never recommend this place.
