She fired 3 of the best works one because they were not treating covid like its serious and one because she was going on maternity leave they were excellent workers one of the reasons I tolerated going there but now ill be going to the new dermatology office in Saginaw H2 dermatology they are way better all around the 3rd employee works there the cosmetic lady. Parking lot is empty, office door is locked. I see a light on so I knocked real hard on the window of the door, hoping someone will come out. Finally a lady does come out and tells me the doctor is out of town on business for the weekend (this was Thursday). She checks the schedule and I am not on it...I show her my text message I received from them. She's boggled. Has no idea why I am not in their computer. I am upset, I drove almost half an hour to get there. She apologized and rescheduled me for Monday. When I got home I get another text message: "Hi CHRISTINA, we had you scheduled for an appointment today, Aug. 4 t 2:30 pm. Can you still make it?" OMG! Are you serious? I called the phone number the text came from, listened to the message and it was the same doctor - no mistake. Wow. I was supposed to go this morning, however, I think I need to "read the signs" and find a different doctor.

At this point, after reading every review, after reading the doctors legal history in the news,…read moresomeone has got to ask, investigate, if this is insurance fraud (I spoke too soon, he has been under investigation for Healthcare fraud, bounced checks to his employees, tons of lawsuits against him and his companies). Which honestly doesnt seem like a far cry given his legal history. Because what's the point of any of our visits????? I honestly don't even know where to start. I scheduled an appointment for both my daughter and myself. We arrived on time, were taken back to a room, and then waited there for almost 2 hours before anyone came in or even checked on us. At that point I stayed mostly out of stubbornness because we had already waited so long. The topper, I always book our appointments the beginning of the morning so we are in and out, apparently no reason to here. When we finally met with the doctor, he prescribed two medications for my daughter. Normally, with my primary provider, the prescription information is given to me and the office sends it directly to the pharmacy. I assumed the same process would happen here. However, checking out took another 20 minutes, not because of other patients but because the reception staff were eating lunch and gossiping in the back office while we were standing there waiting to be helped. When we were finally checked out, I was trying to schedule follow-up appointments. The staff didn't know whether my daughter's follow-up should be in 3 months or 6 months, or whether mine should be 6 months or a year. Instead of checking with the doctor to confirm, they seemed unsure and unorganized. At that point, after already being there for nearly two hours, I was exhausted and just told them to schedule the later options so we could leave. While we were standing there, the staff also openly discussed the doctor and other staff members in the back (physician assistant???), saying they didn't know what they were doing. That didn't exactly inspire confidence. About a week later, I called the pharmacy because we hadn't heard anything about the prescriptions. The pharmacy told me they never received any orders. I called the doctor's office and informed them, and they said they would notify the doctor. Another week passed with nothing. I called again and was told the same thing. Now, over a month later, we still have no prescriptions, no follow-up, and no call from the office. Ironically, when my primary provider originally referred me here, I mentioned to my office that this particular officr had some very negative reviews. Unfortunately, now I understand why. This entire experience ended up being a complete waste of time: -Three hours in the office -Half a day off work for me (unpaid) -Half a day of school missed for my daughter. And in the end, absolutely nothing was accomplished.

The Doctors are very good at making the adjustments needed because they are extremely knowledgeable and they listen to what you tell them. I only need to go in on a walk in basis most of the time but if I need to schedule regular treatments or appointments they are very accommodating. Long term customer and don't see that changing.
