The nurses didn't have recommendations for a laundromat and also continued to say the area by the Ascension hospital was dangerous. On Yelp, I found this business. With most of the reviews good, I had some hesitancy since they were from a handful of years ago. Needless to say, I was more than surprised by the professional service, clean facility, and very pleasant atmosphere. There is a sitting area; clean, single use bathroom; and a kids space. The location is conveniently close to the freeway. It is well lit with lots of natural light. You can pay with the attendant, quarters, or use and app. I would recommend this to my elderly parent or young niece. Great space to do laundry!

The machines seem to be very well-kept, as my clothes came out squeaky clean, as is to be expected, and dried quicker than I am used to. I have only ever utilized 2 other laundromat services prior to Sudzy Buds, and I must say that one of the two led me to the realization that not all are made equal. Therefore, finding a reputable one here in Sudzy Buds is refreshing; it certainly surpassed my expectations, mainly due to the gentleman who was not only incredibly patient with my fussy little toddler, but also gave me a few helpful tips as to further enhance my experience. Thank you, Sir.

She's beyond RUDE and nasty and makes you not want to ever step foot in the place again. From the second of walking in the door very rude. I got there at 6:30pm the other day and first thing she says very rudely is can I help you!? And not in a customer service friendly way but like you're walking into her living room. i replied just here to do laundry. She says well "you can't leave" . I said I'm sorry what do you mean she said if you're doing laundry you're not leaving. I go to load up my blankets and turned around and said we will find somewhere a little more friendly. She already had the lights off ready to go home at this time and obviously didn't want anyone to ruin her last hr 1/2 Alone time so runs them off by being nasty. Horrible place. She's done similar before and I reluctantly decided to try again. Enjoy your alone time not making any $$ for the owners because you're so rude. There was more but I've wasted enough time on this place. Note to owner you need friendly staff who doesn't run customers away because she's ready to leave early. And make the place look closed for the night.

As told to me, it is a family run business--owned by a fellow Joe--who is very courteous, and made a good first impression (asked me if I was on TV when I warned him about the makeup on my white collars lol). He went out of his way to open the door for me at times, and his grandson even offered to comp the pressing when they had at one point misplaced a plastic collar insert to one of my shirts. As for the service itself, they've always left my clothing with that "JC Penney smell", restored the creases to my dress pants and shirts, and they undo the horrific browning around my collars so that's all I can reasonably ask for at this price. The only thing I might add is that they will try and accommodate you if you need your stuff back even quicker, so it's always worth asking if the need arises. Joe
