Since the moment we walked into their office, they were all care and dedicated to our requirements; help with the design and answering all the questions that we had. There were no hassles or sales pressures. They offered an estimated price and time scheduled for the job in the spot and two days later sent a technician to the site to take measurements and be sure that everything will fit properly. Originally there was a time assessment of three weeks for installation, but in two they called and showed up with a beautiful, simple, well-constructed, and structurally solid handrails. The job look so perfect and in place, that when my daughter walked into the house she did not noticed because they look like they have been in place forever. I'm relocating the problematic BWM E46 M3 SMG hydraulic pump system from beneath the engine and into the "drug well" in the engine compartment. I'm hopeful that Dave can create the bracket mounting system for the pump/motor assembly and the hydraulic fluid tank. The cool part is that there are three beefy threaded mounting locations already in the vehicle. I'm looking forward to working with Dave!

Dave agreed to do it for a reasonable price using a clever and effective machining method. Now painted satin black, it looks and works very much like the original part. Not only that, he had it ready way in advance of the promised delivery date. He's a very nice guy in spite of obviously being very busy. I'm so thankful to have my reading lamp back in the living room, looking just as it has been for some 30 years.
