    John Tigci is my guy!!! I bought 2 cars in the past year with him…read more Car#1 - I was particular in what I wanted and every other dealer I went to simply did not listen and wasted my time. John Tigci did not!!! He really heard me and showed me only what I was looking for AND I was there alone and he did NOT attempt to take advantage of that. He was very informative and made sure I understood. This is the first dealer that treated me this way. He is very knowledgeable and answered my questions with real answers, not just scripted ones. I could tell he was experienced and didn't play the "let me go ask my manager" game. Although my credit score was good, I haven't used my credit in 15 years which made me hard to find in their system. John Tigci was very patient. For this same reason I needed a co-signer, my dad, who lives a few states away. Neither one of my parents are good with online paperwork. John's patience were beyond what I would expect, better than mine would have been. He treated my parents with dignity and respect, not common in these situations. The vehicle I wanted got sold before I could get it. I was disappointed. John Tigci found a vehicle I liked better and I fell in love with it. I happily drove it for 7 months then got hit by another car which totaled it out. I went back to John, told him what I wanted (there were 3 I was considering) and he was on it! He was his usual professional, informative, patient and understanding self. He didn't try to interest me in anything I didn't want. This sale went quicker as I didn't need a co-signer and the system knew who I was. I'm just as happy with the second vehicle as I was with the first. Bot times John followed up after the sale a few times. He asked how the vehicle was, if I was happy with it and if I needed anything. His actions really showed that he cares about his customers and wants to do well for them. His experience, knowledge and patience as well as his incredible ability to really hear what someone is looking for is not found in most car dealers. When I'm ready for another vehicle, John Tigci will make another sale. I strongly recommend him for single women who do these things alone or anyone who just wants a straight-up honest guy to do business with without the scripted nonsense and push for a sale. I feel my happiness came first before the sale. John Tigci is my guy and I recommend him will full confidence to anyone looking for a vehicle. This is a Ford dealer.     Took our vehicle in because of a transmission shudder feeling was going on. They had our chevy for…read morea entire day. I walked in the next morning to check up on the service and they said, oh we were just about to call you. The problem with the vehicle was a computer reset had to be done to the transmission which should have only taken a few minutes. The cost for service was only about 100 bucks and the labor was another 100 bucks. I find it hard to believe their service staff makes 100 an hour so it obvious they are marking up labor charges as well. Total time of repair was 1 hour. So why did they have my vehicle the entire day? So now they want to open up the transmission to check things out. I called a transmission shop and they said to have the error codes reset AND flush the transmission . The other shop said this is common practice to reset and flush which was not done. I did consider taking the vehicle back to Duncan but I dont fell the proper diagnostic was done in the first place.

Then off you go to the dealership to face the sales person. Major migraine time! Not the case with the folks at Duncan Family Automotive Group! Judy Jones, the sales person who helped us, was wonderful! She was honest and upfront about everything. We did the test drive and got down to the business of the numbers. We were very pleased with the final deal. Once all the paperwork was completed, Joe, Judy's husband and fellow sales person, showed me how to operate the technology package. IE: blue tooth for our phones, the radio, that pesky clock, etc. I was truly appreciative as technology is not necessarily our thing, just ask our kids. When you go, be sure and say "Hi" to Mark and Rooster. They were both helpful in this adventure. Major THANK YOU to the entire team at Duncan Family Automotive Group! We will definitely tell everyone who sees our gorgeous Equinox about you all and the wonderful service you provided! The process at FOX TOYOTA is streamlined, everything is put on paper up front. No "magic pen" that puts down mystery dollar amounts and fees. No "computer errors" in finance that load more fees...Walt is 100% forthcoming with everything and has no issues breaking down anything from vehicle specs to financial terms. The WORST feeling is to drive away from a dealer in a vehicle you aren't completely satisfied with with a sinking feeling about the finances behind it... I've been there, BUT , never at FOX TOYOTA.     We are extremely disappointed with our experience purchasing and servicing our truck through this…read moreToyota dealership. We purchased this truck in December 2025 and have put less than 5,000 miles on it since then. While the vehicle was sold "as-is," a serious brake issue was never disclosed during the sales process. After bringing the truck in for brake problems on May 20, the repair technician informed us that the brake pads had nothing left, the shims were missing, and the rotors were being eaten up. The service department also confirmed they were aware of the brake issues when the truck was sold to us. Our salesman, Tanner, never disclosed any of this. Not only is that concerning from a safety standpoint, it feels extremely dishonest. A dealership knowingly selling a vehicle with brake components in that condition without disclosure is unacceptable. To make matters worse, when we called ahead for a repair quote, we were quoted approximately $375 and even scheduled the service appointment based on that amount. Once we arrived and the truck was already being serviced, we suddenly received a revised quote of $675. The explanation given was that the original quote "didn't include labor." What reputable dealership gives customers service quotes without including labor costs? That should have been clearly disclosed upfront instead of adding hundreds of dollars after the appointment was already underway. The lack of transparency from both the sales and service departments has completely destroyed our trust in this dealership. We deeply regret purchasing not one, but two vehicles from this facility. Customers deserve honesty, accurate pricing, and full disclosure of known safety issues. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.
