They were one of the few shops in the area open on Sunday and I needed a Check Engine light diagnosed. On that visit I did not have work done but received some excellent advice from Abhi one of the managers there. Fast forward to this past week I blew all 4 tires hitting debris on the 405. Rims were jacked as well. Figured I give Big Brand a try since my last visit was pleasant. Had it towed there and once again received excellent service and got a very competitive price on new tires and also they assisted on ordering rims from the dealer. They had given me a quote on after-market rims but figured I'd go with OEM. Big Brand got the rims next business day and even kept the car an additional day while waiting for the adjuster to examine the vehicle. Tires were installed and everything was balanced out and I'm back on the road. They really made an unfortunate experience as painless as possible. Abhi and the team were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. I highly recommend them.

They said it would be an hour, so I canceled my plans and waited. I drove less than a mile to the shop, gave them my name and appointment time and they looked at me clueless. Then they said it would be an hour and a half wait because the guy who fixes tires was at lunch. I had already wasted an hour when I could've gone to any other tire shop and been helped immediately. Then the man that was there "took a look", told me I needed a brand new tire, started being pushy and quoted me an expensive price for the next day. He was super condescending about it. I trusted my gut and left to go to another tire shop a block or two away. They helped me right away and patched the tire with no upselling. They had zero mention of me needing a new tire. It's been weeks and my tire is completely fine. Grateful that I got a second opinion. Beware... Their appointments are pointless and they'll potentially try to take advantage of you or upsell. Always get a second opinion elsewhere in that case. ESP if you don't know much about cars like myself and they probably could tell that.

I began speaking with Daniel at JMP, he was nice, courteous n helpful, he offered me a great price. I showed up today, I was a bit confused as to where it was at first, but immediately found it on Lap #2. Lol Along with my oil change they did a multipoint inspection and recommended a few other services that I will have done at a later time. The waiting room was CLEAN 10 out of 10, their restroom was SUPER CLEAN, and they even had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and choices along with cookies and snacks to choose from. I have a 2023 F350 Lariat with the high output diesel. This is my first diesel truck and everyone…read moretold me they are more expensive and difficult to maintain. This truck is a workhorse and I use it to haul loads of gravel and soil for construction. Last month, I had an attempted break in that immobilized the truck. I had it sent on a flatbed to my local Ford dealer. They took 2 weeks to tell me that it needed a full fuel system replacement for $19k. They did a recall and charged me $500 for a diagnostic.I absolutely could not believe the truck needed this much work, so I took it to Diesel Tune for a second opinion. George and his guys looked over the truck and plugged in the OBD2 reader. They couldn't find anything wrong with the truck and they even check over all the fluids for contamination. We ended up doing a full 50,000 mile service with filters and fluids replaced along with some additional consumables. The total was $2600 and all the work was done diligently on time. I gave the dealer an earful and they refunded the money they charged me for a diagnostic. Diesel Tune has my business for life. I would give George and his team more stars if I could.
