I was told she couldn't make assessment appointment immediately and I should provide my contact info and I would get a call back. Never received a call back. I followed up with a text to the number on their voice mail system and received a text response that "they don't do installations". Revisited their website that clearly outlines that installation is part of service offering so I text back asking if something changed given what is outlined on their website. Called back as follow-up to my text about why this process is this confusing and complicated and the story then changed to "they are too busy to do new installs all the time so only do them in slower summer months" - different message than what was in the text response. I asked to speak with manager and was again asked for my info for a 3rd tim - only to still not have received a call back. Was given them as a referral from a broad, reputable network so wasn't expecting this unprofessional, bizarre and dysfunctional experience.

This lack of notice has had a deeply personal impact. I have lost two dogs in recent years after unexplained neurological symptoms, and while I cannot definitively attribute cause, the absence of clear warnings around chemical use is troubling. I hope this feedback encourages stronger safety practices and transparency going forward.
