Always pleasant to deal with and an honest representation of the parts they have I would recommend them to anyone.

K&F Auto Sales and Service - Absolutely no wires showing

    K&F Auto Sales and Service

Do NOT go to K&F auto for anything. The owner Brandon is dishonest as hell. He called me and said…read morethe "wires on the inside of the tire were showing" and that I needed a brand new tire. He said according to his insurance it can't be plugged. He wasn't expecting me to say ok I'll be there in 2 min to check it out. I got there and took pics of it. There are no wires showing and he changed his story about it being able to be plugged as well. He then said "I'll do whatever you want but for insurance purposes I'll have to have you sign off on it in order for me to plug it." He wasn't worried about the integrity of the tire at all because when I went to pay the $40+ for the patch all I signed was the bill. I didn't sign anything specifically stating that I had him patch an "un-patchable" tire.

I bought a car from them 3-28-2022. 3 months i lose speed while driving rpms drop. I have to pull over. I call k&f they tell me oh we cant tell u whats wrong unless the check engine light comes on. Like wtf. Well two days later it came on. So i called them. Take it there tjey drive it says oh it drives fine But u need a cadliac converter n sensors thats why u lossing rpms. Im like that makes no damn sense. And of course not covered under warranty. 700. Out of pocket. They say it will fix problem. 4 months later. Doing it again but worse n NOW makkng noises in engine. They try n blame me for puting in wrong oil. Like im not an idot i read what was on the oil cap of the car. They say oh timing chain. U have to pay 200 we will cover rest but dont need. It will fix problem. Again 3 months later doing it again. I try n reach out only this time no word back. Bunch of crickets.. now its so bad it completly dies while i drive it. It died on the damn interstate. I almost got slamed by another car going 80 miles n hour. Could of killed me n my son. Do they care nope still no call back. I take it to zimbrick GMC CERITIFED mechanic. N they take my car. They diagnose it right away fuil pump. So now im going to be out 1,300 dollars. For something they should of fixed the first damn time i took it in. N i even asked ifnit could be that n they flat out said no. They say they knw GMC motors n whatver. Well they dont. They onky knw how to fix something. If a check engine light is on and that small mechine is connected to read the codes which mind u any auto store can do that. I have complaints in with BBB and DMV. Just please save your money n time n go some where else. This place is not worth anyones money. They should be shut down n license pulled. THEY DONT CARE.PERIOD....... i had to put a star on here but really ots neg 50 stars

I've seen Maaco do better…read more Last year they ripped off my bumper towing my car. Which wasn't a huge deal and I was grateful they didn't try and dodge me and refuse to pay for a replacement. But in retrospect it would've been a better idea because the product I got along side the after service has just been awful. I'm going to break this into two sections being I've done waited a a year to write this. 1. Being the drop off. I had to drive roughly 2 hours to get to their shop location and when they did provide a loaner (again) thankful for. Though the staff where somewhat hostile. Anyways, it turned out the car they gave me, should've been a lawn decoration rather than a car. It ran like garbage shook on the highway and darted to the left when breaking. The check engine light was on, along side the ABS light and ALL 4 tires where different brands which is unsafe at best and the windshield would rattle above 5 mph. Not to mention it was so loud my ears sometimes rang when I got home. But hey! It got 26 mpg! 2. Getting my car back. I was ecstatic to have gotten my car back but even picking up, nothing was right the paint color didn't match, they left my fog light just unattached plus there was overspray one the chrome trim and headlights which I was able to remove. Later I'd found out it was damaged and leaking which they refused to replace. A couple months down the line I noticed it was picking up TONS of rock chips much to easily and paint was just peeling off every corner of the bumper. Though they where happy to repair it the first time around they fixed it pretty quick but didn't address the cracked nose, telling me I hit something. Later more and more pealing became a issue and I found out they didn't bother to sand the USED bumper they got and rather just painted right over it, along side the bumper screws. (Many of which turned out they lost anyways and didn't bother replacing.) making sometimes the bumper rattle on the highway. I'd contacted them about the whole thing and they agreed to again fix some of the issues though I ended up pulling out due to health issues. I haven't visited them since and I'd prefer to not visit them ever again. I hope this'll change your mind and maybe you'll choose Maaco over these folks.

Three stars, easily. Maybe four, but maybe not. Allow me to explain…read more.. I was helping my son shop for a car - his was recently totaled, and in order to keep working, he needed a car asap. Legacy Auto Sales had a lot of listings for cars in his wheelhouse (price & mileage). It's about an hour drive for us, but with all those cars, we'd find SOMETHING reasonable. We met there to shop around... WELL! Upon arriving, we walked the lot together. I'd say a good one-third of the lot (maybe HALF the lot) was cars that were already sold. Many of the ones we came there to look at were sold. We talked to a nice sales guy and he explained that yeah, they sell fast. My problem was that we came all that way - the website STILL had them listed as for sale. Not cool. The owner figures he has other cars to sell that "are like those sold ones". Not cool. Update your stuff. Now, don't get me wrong - the folks here were real nice and down to earth. We found a couple options and they happily let us test drive whatever we wanted. After three rides, we realized that none of the cars we were looking at were cleaned or repaired. One absolutely reeked of smoke and...something else. Our sales guy said that they get them in from auction and put them on the lot right away. When you shop, you have to squint and pretend they're clean and fixed up, which is hard to do accurately. Had we bought a car, it would have been two weeks before it could get through their clean/fix process. That was a bit of a deal-breaker for us... we probably should have asked about that sooner before we spent hours there. Would I buy a car here? Perhaps. I think they need to get on top of their backlog of clean/fix and get ready-to-buy cars on their lot. I'm not keen on buying a promise. If I made a deal and 2 weeks later they didn't get the car up to snuff, I'da wasted my time. Others may have that luxury. My advice - call ahead to make sure the car you want is there.

Mercedes can't seem to do anything by herself always asking the manager Heather for help with her problem when Heather is already dealing with a customer interrupting her. Mercedes will be randomly walking around and trying to chit chat with Heather when there is a line of people and not being very helpful. Now today my partner and I walked to Advance auto over a mile from out house our thermostat gasket for our mini van had blown out so we couldn't drive our van. We checked online to make sure they had one before we started walking we get there since they haven't done a store wide inventory in "quite a while" according to Heather they didn't actually have it or at least couldn't find it. She contacts Janesville Advanced Auto Parts to see if they could bring one over for us cause again we had no car. We are told at 11 am that the gasket should be here no later then 11:30. So we walk up to burger king for a early lunch and to wait. We come back at 11:30 and the gasket hasn't even left Janesville yet. My partner and I are beyond mad at this point when we had started our quest at 10 am it was 75 degrees by 11:30 it was 88 with a heat Index of 90. We still have to walk back install the gasket with the gasket seal and leave the car sit for 24 hours. Two hours later were no closer to getting this gasket. We walked over to O'Reilly auto parts and guess what. They had the gasket we spent 5 minutes at O'Reilly's and was on out way home. From now on O'Reilly's is getting my business.
