After kindly trying to reach them, they went on a bash over the phone saying I didn't know what part I was looking for. If I was wrong, then that means the information they uploaded on Car-parts.com is wrong. Which proves my point that they dont know what theyre talking about. However they still offered me the right part i was looking for from a "differrent" vehicle, 50 dollar more. I also felt really disrespected the way i got yelled at and talked over by their sales lady, before she hung up. Once I tried to reach back, she put me on hold and let someone else take over to cover her mistake.

Pete has been helping me from the day I walked in the door through my most recent visit to purchase my lease. This time around, I also received great customer service from Kay in the Accounting Department, who was helpful and did a nice job of explaining things to me. I will continue to come to Griffin for service on my vehicle, and the employees in the service department are friendly and helpful as well.
