He has tons of experience, formal automobile education background and great intelligence to diagnose and resolve most complex problems. I called him primarily to replace brakes on my Jeep. Eventually he not only replaced the brakes but also fixed squealing and rattling sounds arising out of metal parts rubbing the wheels, at no extra cost. He was recommended to me by a friend who resorts to James for most automobile repair jobs. I'd say a great recommendation, indeed. Will do business with him again.

Two close friends said these guys are legit and do great work. I have to completely agree. The original shop my insurance had me get the estimate from was going to install aftermarket parts, the entire front end of a 2018 Ram 3500. I explained my concerns to Al about not having OEM Ram parts and he explained that his shop wouldn't only install new Ram parts. I knew I was at the right place when the owner gave me his cell and was in complete contact with updates the entire time. By far the best customer service and they are truly a master in their craft. They did an amazing job on my truck and am extremely happy with the process from start to finish. Thank you very much Al ! Was looking for a new shop for the regular oil change as well as getting some pricing for work to be done in the near future. They were very responsive over email and the lady was polite and helpful in scheduling a time for me. They offered a shuttle which was super convenient, and the driver was on time and we had some good conversation. They finished my work order quickly and you can tell they take pride in the work from top to bottom. I even had to add a last minute parts project onto the order and they priced me fair if not better than I should have been quoted with a last minute request. They have a great community vibe and do not want to be those "bad mechanic guys". They destroy any bad situations when it comes to overpricing or wasting your time with extra work, and I have total trust in them when it comes to my little cars maintenance life. Thanks guys!

The previous mechanic had over reacted, the rotors could be turned, but yes I did need new struts...total cost ~$250. Since then, I always try to make it back to Sid's. Today reminded me why. I was getting a busy signal at Sid's and was in a hurry to make an appointment for my brakes to be checked again...so I called another mechanic. Who proceeded to lecture me on all the things that could be wrong, tell me how busy they were so couldn't guarentee a time, and more or less talked down to me. Once I had hung up with them, I called Sid's again. They told me the likely problem, the approximate time for repair, and to go ahead and come in this afternoon.
