We paid for the extra warranty. Called the store, they sent someone out who manually pumped the chaise into the recline position and then couldn't fix it and LEFT IT THERE. The store said "we're calling the manufacture, we will reach out in a couple months". I've called the store 5 times over the last few months, no one can help, no one will fix it, no one will rerun our calls.... Go to the valley, don't waste your money on these con artists.

Big Lots is not the junk store anymore. It has nice snacks, organization item (and not just garbage plastic either) health and beauty, decor and furniture. I bought some snack foods like unsweetened coconut chips and dried mulberry and goji berries. They were good and I've been back since and got more. I also found some garden fairies to add to my garden. I didn't think I would find them up here but they have many kinds of fairies and settings. I am very happy we stopped in. They have much nicer things than I expected. I will definitely be back and recommend Big Lots!

I decide to cancel this order as I need the furniture sooner than 6-8 wks. Manager will not cancel without a 25% "restocking "fee even though the furniture never left the warehouse. Then he tries to tell me that I signed for those terms. And that all sales are final for special orders. This was not a special order. I never signed anything. Never even received a receipt either emailed or paper. spend your money elsewhere. They will tell you whatever you want to hear so that you make that purchase and then refuse to return anything if you're not happy. Guess will just dispute it thru my bank. Spend ur money elsewhere!!

She didn't. then we returned to the store to select a smaller sofa and kept getting told "we can't split up the set....." so Joseph finds a loveseat in the warehouse that will work and we are told (and written on the receipt) that it will be delivered Tuesday 10-1. We call the warehouse Tuesday and are told we aren't on the schedule.... Not the best customer care and service by a long shot!!
