Came in to visit today to look for mattresses. Have been in once before when we were looking for a mattress for my and my husbands bed. We ultimately went somewhere else for our mattress but today we were there looking at mattresses for our daughter. Upon entering, those 2 mattresses are the most affordable. The other mattresses in the store were all definitely more pricey or high end. We did get greeted upon arriving. And someone said they would be with us but they never did get around to us. However there were quite a few people in the store today. The store was clean and spacious. There were lots of selection. We might go back to get one of the less expensive mattresses. We are currently undecided. Overall a little above our budget. read more

I recently purchased a new mattress and frame at the Ft Collins location. Elton was my salesperson who was excellent! Elton was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. He went over in detail all that was included and helped me select the mattress that would best suit my needs. One thing I dislike is a pushy salesperson. Elton was not that kind of salesperson. I think he is a great addition to the Ft Collins location!! I am looking forward to my new mattress!! read more

I am quite surprised to see the low stars, here (but, then again, there are only a few "recommended reviews"). I absolutely love this place and wouldn't go anywhere else. When my husband and I first moved to Fort Collins four years ago, we came here to purchase our mattress. The salesperson was very knowledgable and wasn't at all over-eager or pushy. When I shop for mattresses, I ask a lot of questions, try a lot of options and I look for recommendations from the experts in the store. I also let them know budget up front and they always show options accordingly. I am always blown away with their level of knowledge and how pleasant and patient they are; they know when to come by and ask questions, and when to leave you to it to browse. About two years in to a cheaper mattress we bought the first time around, we started getting uncomfortable and noticed slight indents. The indents were just under the warranty standards, but without hesitation, we were given full credit toward another mattress. I feel very valued as a customer and this store will forever have my loyalty. read more

Denver Mattress - Our favorite kind of shopping trip ... - Mattresses Near Me - Fort Collins, Colorado

Full disclosure: I am related to an employee of Denver Mattress. That being said, we purchased a king size ergo bed from Denver Mattress in September 2017. My partner worked with the sales team to determine the best bed for our needs, as well as the various accouterments we would need (like our sheets). We ended up with the Madison Plush, which is super soft and perfect for our needs, and a base that adjusts (which has been invaluable as a pregnant woman!). We both agree that after the initial "breaking-in," the mattress is one of the most comfortable either of us have slept on. read more

Ben was so incredibly helpful. He 100% covered ALL information I should know, and did it in the most efficient way possible. Love Denver Mattress!!!! The only company that I have been able to keep a mattress for 10-12 years. Highly recommend Doctors Choice Elite Plush--not too soft and not too firm. read more

Very awesome experience. James handled our purchase and also followed up after 30 days and took care of us to exchange our mattress for a firmer one. Definitely recommend them if your in the market for a new bed Regards, Todd Bohnert read more

The crew at this store are not looking out for your best interest and only want your money. long story short: The sales person I met with lied to me about what they had available and the price. I came very close to buying a bed but luckily I decided to hold off and went on their website to discover it was much cheaper than what I was quoted in the store. What angered me the most was when I went in the next day to explain the situation to the store manager she was defensive of her sales person who had blatantly lied to me regarding multiple aspects of the sale/quote. If she would have given me a simple apology I would have bought the bed but instead I felt I had to take my business elsewhere. read more

Came in because we hated our first bed choice. We bought at a different location. Both Chris and Scott were very helpful and informative and helped us to pick the right new mattress. read more

The service was amazing! Five years ago I purchased a Simmons memory foam mattress and box spring for $1600. This year my back started aching because the foam and box spring were giving out. I called up the store and Christopher told me to take some pictures and bring them in. After a couple of minutes he told me that they would replace the entire setup, under the ten year warranty, and that they would try and do that day. I picked up my wife and we headed to the store. Within thirty minutes Chris had us set up in a brand new bed, and I was off to bag/pick up the old mattress. They offered delivery, but I just wanted to get it set up right away so I could start enjoying the comfort post haste. There aren't many companies, nor employees for that matter, who are interested in standing by their word (warranty) these days. Denver mattress however, has made a customer for life. Because of this wonderful experience we will never go anywhere else ever again. Their loyalty to me demands reciprocity. I will tell this story to whomever will listen, and grow their business through my word of mouth. P. S. don't ever throw out your mattress tags. If you do cut them off file them with your appliance warranties. This is how they can extend you the warranty you might have gotten with your purchase. read more

Five stars all day long. Jaciel was our salesman. Very nice/polite guy to work with. We went in with intent of buying a mattress (king) and left with a mattress. That's it. My son was along and we had limited time. He had good info for us and answered all our questions. We understand he is a salesman and his job is to sell upgrades and what not. There was zero pressure to upgrade though he let us know of our options. We are very pleased with our selection and will be back for our third time one day. Thanks !!!!! #78 read more

The service we received while shopping for are new mattress was exceptional. I wish I could say the same for there delivery procedures. Delivery date was set so that new bedroom furniture and mattress would be delivered at the same time. Somehow the mattress did not make it on the truck to Ft. Collins and they only receive one yes that is right "ONE" delivery a week from the warehouse. We purchased the mattress on a Saturday it was to arrive on the following Friday, but somehow did not make it on the truck. In order to have furniture and mattress delivered on the same day we will have waited 17 days for something that is in stock in there warehouse. This is in of itself enough for us not to want to business with Denver Matress in the future. Time will only tell if they can figure out a better delivery system. read more

We can't say enough about this company. And our sales person Elijah! We are complete opposite on what we were looking for and thought it would take us weeks if not months to find and agree upon a mattress. We only went in to window shop and take notes on what would work for us. Elijah asked us questions to figure out what would work for us. He directed us to a mattress that we actually agreed upon and ended up purchasing that day. We also didn't understand the importance of an adjustable base. Both of us have injuries and this adjustable base has given us a better nights sleep along with the incredible mattress! We actually realized we are waking up earlier because we are getting more quality rest. I travel for work and I can't wait to get home to my bed! We have since gone back for pillows and sheets three separate times mainly because of the service we received. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever! They even price match which we took advantage of and it was fantastic. Without Elijah's help I don't think we would have had a decision yet. Thanks to him we are sleeping so well and every night we feel like we're sleeping on a cloud! We are grateful to him for his knowledge and his patience. Too bad they don't sell more for us to support this company and Elijah! read more

First of all, I would like to know who is going to clean my carpets? On the day my mattress was delivered it was raining. The men who made the delivery came storming in with my purchase walked though my home and did not even take their shoes off or put on booties. YOU would think that they would be equipped when making deliveries with any weather conditions :( read more

Was told by the person selling me my mattress that the delivery could happen at a certain time, but it ended up being scheduled at a different time (completely opposite time, actually). When I called and asked what was going on, the customer service guy said "I understand" about 50 times but basically said, sorry, you don't actually get an opinion on delivery, sorry you were misinformed. When I asked for at least a partial comp on the delivery fee, he just kept repeating he "understood," but that wasn't possible. No thanks. read more

We had a wonderful experience when buying our new mattress. We were greeted in a very friendly way when we came in. The salesperson we had was very knowledgeable and helpful. We have not bought a mattress for several years so he really explained things. We were never pressured to buy anything. I would recommend this business to someone looking for a new mattress. read more

Had a very good experience shopping for a mattress and adjustable frame at Denver Mattress. The salesman listened to my needs and immediately brought me to the mattresses that addressed my interests. We needed a waterbed insert mattress for our waterbed frame. I called all over town but no one had any; most did not even know what I meant. Called Denver Mattress on Furniture Row, talked to Lisa, who knew exactly what I meant and had one in stock. We drove there, completed the sale, and had the mattress delivered a few days later. The delivery guys had the old mattress out and new one in within 5 minutes. Mattress is fine. Lisa was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Denver Mattress. Oh, and their 365 day Better Sleep Guarantee/warranty is great. read more

Such a great helpful crew. They didn't "over" sell us but were available for any questions. I'm completely happy with my choice. If you need the right mattress, shop here.... You'll be glad you did! Ask for Scott! read more

The mattress was nice and the price was right, but the delivery people only looked at our staircase and said the bed would not fit, no measuring or trying--they did not even bring the bed in the house. We measured and determined that the bed would have cleared the space with 2 inches to spare. The store claims to have issued us a refund directly to my debit card, but that was 2 business days ago and the money has still not shown up in my account. I could not be less pleased. We are saving for a Sleep Number bed as we should have in the first place--they rock. read more

We bought a mattress here. The one that came to our house had a defect. We came back to the store to figure out a new situation. Joseph was our sales person and was positive both on our initial purchase date, and when we went back in for a solution. Our backs, hips and necks were super sore from how we were sinking in our new mattress. While Melissa, the manager, was not the person that we had spoken to when we purchased the original mattress or was taking care of us when we returned, she still chose to make multiple clear, loud, snide comments about us and this situation. All without addressing us directly or in any sort of helpful, positive manner. She would listen to our concerns we were addressing with our actual sales person and add her two cents without any professionalism or courtesy towards us. We have both worked in sales and have had jobs for many years working directly with people and how she handled herself was very unprofessional, inconsiderate, disrespectful, and condescending and yet she never really spoke directly with us...just at us from the middle of their work area. Her behavior has made us chose not to recommend this store to others. Even though Joseph was fine, I would not want our friends and family to be treated the way Melissa treated us. read more
