Jeremy was very responsive from the get-go regarding the inspection, quoted us a very competitive…read morerate that included more services in the inspection (e.g. roof inspection) compared to other inspectors we had checked with. Because we were not able to make the inspection in person due to the pandemic, Jeremy reviewed everything with us over video call afterward, walking through the residence and pointing out different things he had noted. He had the full inspection report back to us by 9AM the following morning, as well as an online folder with photos and videos documenting everything. Overall, Jeremy responded promptly, and was patient, friendly and professional. His thorough inspection helped us negotiate a significant seller credit toward closing costs so we could make the needed repairs on our own after the sale. Would highly recommend him to anyone else needing an inspector in the Denver area.
