Other places would have charged around $2,500 to do a complete repair, but the owner, Seth, came out to the parking lot, took off the inside trim, and banged out my dent very well so that it looked MUCH better and only charged me $20. Then no other communication, until I call on the one week mark. Then I'm told "sir it's going to be longer because of parts" when I said about them quoting me a week they said that guy was fired. Even though they told me the second day of it being at their shop everything was on track. And that guy already wasn't working there. I've never had body work done on a vehicle but heard it was customary for the whole vehicle inside and out to be cleaned before it was returned. streaks were left on windows and inside of interior. Steve told me I could get this card through GM with a $500 rebate if I signed up for the card never once told me that they'd put $1000 on the card and then I'd have to pay that. Why would anybody do that? Yes I signed it, Because I thought Dealers were honest ......I don't understand those papers I trust the Dealer to be honest my mistake with this dealer !!!!! I'm a 72 year old woman and have dealt with a lot of car dealers and this is the first one that has lied to me. I asked Steve not once not twice three times about this credit card. He never once said they were gonna put $1000 on it, he said it was a bonus for buying a Buick and trading in a non Buick, so now if I don't pay it off within nine months, they're gonna put their finance charge on it so I would of rather put the 1000 dollars on the car that I got financed myself and paid maybe five bucks more a month now I'm having to pay $550 a month for nine months for a car my mistake out of 72 years. I am from Jersey and I told them that I would like to finalize the deal as soon as possible. I waited 2 weeks, trusting their word, only to find out this Monday morning that they had sold the car to someone else without even notifying me. This level of dishonesty and poor communication is completely unacceptable. They wasted my time and showed no regard for their customers' trust.
