Other places would have charged around $2,500 to do a complete repair, but the owner, Seth, came out to the parking lot, took off the inside trim, and banged out my dent very well so that it looked MUCH better and only charged me $20. Plus, he gave me a free bottle of touch up paint. It's hard to find honest quality people in this business who look out for their customers. Although I had never had Manchester Body work on any of my cars, I have heard that Jerry (the owner) is "the best body guy around". I am inclined to agree!! The staff at Manchester Body went above and beyond the call of duty to keep us updated on the progress of our car. Manchester Body worked in tandem with State Farm to ensure a seamless transition and a quality job. Our car is an odd color (Satin Meisai Gray Pearl... huh?) but Jerry and his crew nailed it!! The front and back of our car both had to be replaced as it was pushed into the car ahead of me. I didn't want to see our car when it was towed from the accident scene... the policeman had tossed our mangled front license plate onto the passenger seat next to me, so I knew the damage was bad. I was devastated. However, Manchester Body took less than 3 weeks to return our car to us in pristine condition!!! Jerry left the overhead lights on in the garage when we picked it up so I could see it sparkle... I was amazed!
