I would AVOID this practice at all costs... unless you want to billed for procedures your child didn't have, told you don't have insurance when the error is on their end because their system is outdated, and blamed for any mistakes that their staff made and have your feelings of frustration dismissed and minimized. The 6 hours flew by because it was so comfortable. They had to work until 8pm just for me, i've never experienced that kind of care before. For the first time ever they showed me high definition color photos of every tooth in my mouth, after seeing those pictures and knowing how much time they put into me on Day 1, eating healthier and having a strict oral hygiene routine at home isn't a have two, but a WANT TO now. That fact alone has changed my day to day life. Never being self-conscious about my breath every day is awesome! And the best part!!! Eventually, I went to Mexico, where I had a CT scan. The scan showed that my jaw was crooked, and I was told I needed corrective jaw surgery. The specialists there explained that, in their professional opinion, the problem was caused by improper orthodontic treatment and that my braces had only masked the issue instead of correcting it. As a result, I had to undergo major jaw surgery. This experience has been physically painful, emotionally stressful, and financially costly. I trusted this office with my care, but when I returned with serious complications, I felt abandoned instead of supported. I also encourage people to be cautious when reading the reviews.
