I will say that for 300.00 pesos for the consultation (approximately 15 USA Dollars) she can take X-ray of your immediate issue and refer you to a specialist where needed. The X-Ray is included in the 300.00 M.N. fee. I found her to be pretty helpful and efficient enough to refer me to specialists for the work I need done. She was very thorough and explained my options adequately. She referred me to a few other locations for dental (full mouth) Xray's and a couple other endodontists. I will continue my general work with her as I found her to be pretty honest. I rate her 5 stars and WILL recommend her to others for sure. Great place to begin your Dentist Quest.

They fit me in for three 2.5 hour appts to fix 8 teeth and extract 1 in the only 2 days I had!?! High quality organic sanitation products and resin to rebuild my teeth to look completely natural imported from Japan . Eileen is an absolute artist who loves fashioning broken destroyed teeth into looking whole and new. The polishing paste even has diamond dust in it! Dr. Hugo is a wonderful human being who was as gentle as possible considering I have unusual excess bone and extra roots to navigate. It was easily 1/4th of the price I would've paid in the United States . Approximately $50-$80 per tooth depending on the severity and extra steps needed. I was prepared to pay for whitening but just that diamond paste lightened my teeth up three shades for no extra cost. No matter who you go to , I'd recommend bringing sunglasses and headphones. They also didn't mind that I brought my own blanket. These three things help me with my anxiety, Comfort to tune out the bright light and noise. I'm going back for implants. I've been to other dentists in the US and Mexico but Baja dental is hands-down the best choice. They truly did give me my smile back.

After my dentist retired, we had a little global pandemic, and then things got busy and ... in 2026 I brought them a mouth some California dentists wouldn't touch without hundreds of dollars in X-ray and lab fees up front. Then wouldn't touch. ​ In two days of care, they replaced a complex crown, did four quadrants of deep cleaning, and filled an embarrassing number of cavities. I paid about two and a half Gs for what I was quoted elsewhere for between $6K and $10K. This is dental work under local anesthesia, so some pain from numbing is expected. They have a deal with a chain hotel in easy walking distance that has an included breakfast with soft foods and a UV water dispenser on every floor. From my initial contact on WhatsApp, to their offer to Uber me to the office, to patient intake and detailed assessment including head CTs (!), 3D modeling (!!!), photography of teeth and individual tooth x-rays, and the competence of the clinical team... I don't believe this level of dental care is available in Estados Unidos. If I have a friend who needs dental care, I will cheerfully refer them here. Note: WhatsApp and Uber are essential tools in Tijuana.​

He had absolutely no problem sending me to the pharmacy after five hours of dental work drueling and bleeding so I don't understand why he would not make sure it was safe to proceed with the bridge work and send me for x rays beforehand. If you add the price of a wisdom tooth removal and bridge at a cost of $1,700 in USA...well...just do the math ...3,500 for Dr. Mayora's work plus 1:700 for wisdom tooth removal = $5,200. I called his office to see how this could be resolved in order to continue my work and received no reply from a dental office that had been so responsive in the past.. The worst part of it all is that now I am again looking for an ethical dentist and the whole thing has to be done all over . If you know of an ethical dentist in the general area, please contact me.
