The following Monday, 7 days later, I was in bad pain. I called Dr. Gianni's office and asked if I whoever answered the phone if I could com in. She asked Dr. Ganni and he said no, the pain was just taking a little longer to go away. I told the "receptionist" I really wanted to see the doctor because it hurt so bad. She went and asked him again, and he said no again, and that he would call me out some mouthwash. I couldn't believe that he wouldn't see me in case there was something wrong. The receptionist wasn't overly nice either. I just felt like he ordered that mouthwash to get me to shut up and not come in. That afternoon my mouth, throat and ear hurt so bad I went to urgent care. The doctor said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my ear, but a nerve might have been injured during the procedure. He recommended I go to an ear, nose, and throat specialist. I went the next morning and the doctor there said there was nothing wrong with my ear, but inflammation from the surgery might have inflamed the eustachian tube and gave me prednisone and mouthwash. I was still taking antibiotics Dr. Ganni had given me. I also was still taking taking antibiotics and had a steroid injection for something different. It's been two weeks now and can't eat or sleep because pain in mouth and ear. Have not heard a word from Dr. Ganni's office. I go back to the ENT doctor tomorrow. I'm very disappointed in Dr. Ganni. He had extracted a tooth for me a few ago and everything was fine. This time he dropped the ball.

I been needing my gum grafts finished and she was supposed to have sent in my pre-authorization 5 weeks ago. I asked her why she hadn't sent it in and she said she sent it 3 times. I asked her to check again. When she checked it had not been sent. She said well you cursed me out last year. I assured her that never happened. Last year I had problems with Brittany and a refund they kept for over a year. She didn't want to refund my money. I told her I was going to report her. She sent my refund after that. But yesterday I got the teeth filled that needed the grafts because they started bothering me and I couldn't count on Brittany to get it pre-authorization with my insurance. I had to pay $240 out of pocket for the filling. My insurance would have covered the grafts. I love Dr. Lucas but Brittany the office manager is rude and the company needs to check into her behavior.

The dental techs were wonderful. They listened to any concerns I had and spent lots of time with each of my kids. They not only did X-rays, and a cleaning but also took the time to refresh my kids' memories on brushing technique. Dr Moses spent time with each child doing a thorough exam. He spoke to me at length about each child and answered any questions I had. What also impressed me was the office's willingness to schedule 3 new patients to come in at the same time. A lot of doctors now won't do that.

She could barely speak due to the pain she was in but they still made her feel at ease and welcome. After she saw Dr. Nguyen, my mother told me she was smitten by the doctor's knowledge and compassion to help. Dr. Nguyen explained the details of the procedure and the followups that were needed. That day Dr. Nguyen had to make some schedule changes so that my mother could get the urgent care. My mother was quite touched that Dr. Nguyen did that for her. My mother continues to see Dr. Nguyen for her follow up procedures over the last two years. Anytime she comes in for her appointments the staff was professional and courteous. They all know my mother by name. I am very grateful to Dr. Nguyen for the work that she did for my mother. My mother is more confident with her smile because of her new teeth. She was smiling ear to ear at her 50th Anniversary showing off her teeth. As the story goes my mother is now referring her siblings and their spouses to Dr. Nguyen from Texas and California.
