From the first phone call to every visit thereafter, they consistently demonstrate professionalism, compassion, and exceptional clinical skill. Every member of the staff makes you feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for. As someone who has lived with a severe fear of dentists since childhood, I never imagined I would feel comfortable in a dental office. Dr. Hanneman and his team have completely changed that. Their patience, kindness, and commitment to patient comfort are extraordinary. Outstanding dentistry is about more than beautiful smiles--it's about earning trust, easing fears, and treating every patient with genuine compassion. This practice excels in every one of those areas. Lake Charles is fortunate to have them.

So let me start by saying I have an extreme phobia going to the dentist. Well, not anymore! Dr…read more Hannaman and Dr. Hebert were absolutely amazing, and renewed my faith in going to the dentist. From the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out, all of my fear disappeared. They explained every single thing that they were doing, because I had a little bit of a major issue, and were so concerned about me and making sure I was comfortable. If you're like me, and fear going to the dentist, fear no more and just go. You will feel like family the moment you walk in the door! Everybody is so cheery, compassionate, and absolutely loves what they do. The crazy thing was, they were more worried about what I thought about my smile, and making it perfect, then they were about anything else. They are truly a breath of fresh air and such a caring dental office. In fact, I drove the whole way from Baton Rouge because a friend recommended I go see them. Well, they have a patient for life now, and I'm going to bring my whole family here.

Apparently lightning does strike twice because this team is amazing. My previous dentist had identified a "shadow" on one of my teeth and had me coming back every 6 months for periodontal disease. After my first visit here, I was told there was nothing wrong with my teeth, I didn't need a filling, and I don't need to continue the 6 month visit frequency. This means they could have sold me a bunch of services I didn't need, as I was already expecting to pay for them, but they told me the truth about what I needed even when doing so cost them revenue. That is how you know they are being honest, to turn down additional sales just to provide your client exactly what they need. This type of service and integrity is rare these days and this team certainly has it. Cannot recommend enough!
