I don't leave many reviews but I had to leave one for this dental office. They are amazing from the moment you walk in. Mariam is awesome and doesn't make being at the dentist so scary. If I didn't find this dental office I would have still been terrified of going. I went from having mini panic attacks from getting a cavity at other offices to getting all my wisdom teeth out with ease and no stress. I sent my daughter to Dr. Soliman because one of my closest friends highly recommended him. The whole experience was a nightmare. Her front tooth veneer came off and they took her in on Saturday just before Christmas Eve. While she was there, they called me to tell me that the insurance office was closed so they were unable to get authorization for treatment. I knew the veneer would not be covered but they said they needed X-rays too for $100 + $153 to glue it back on. I said no problem I will pay for it. They told me, they would reimburse me for the X-rays on Monday, once they called the insurance. She said they were all very nice and treated her well, and glued it back on, but told her she would need a crown and gave her an appointment for Monday. On Sunday, the veneer fell back out. 30 min before her appointment on Monday, they called me to tell me that they were out of network and there would be no reimbursement for x-rays and that I would have to pay out of pocket for services and the crown. I have a PPO which means I can still get treated out of network, but the percentage they cover is lower.They said no, that they would not take my insurance and I had to pay out of pocket. It was the day before Christmas Eve, which means we were stuck because she would have to wait until Thursday/Friday to even see another dentist. I told her it didn't make sense for me to pay for services when we have insurance, so we would not be going forward. I asked if we could get a copy of the X-rays that we paid for and she said she would have to email them to me after Christmas. I then expressed how disappointed I was that I paid $153 for them to glue it on and it came off next day and now she has to wait until Friday for a solution. She put me on hold then told me to send her back and they would glue it on once more. They were clearly bitter about my decision to not proceed and they treated her horribly. She waited almost an hour and only acknowledged her when she approached to ask if they were still going to glue her tooth because it was near closing time. They were rude and didn't speak to her, just took her in. They were extremely rough and when she raised her hand to say they were hurting her, stopped briefly and continued to hurt her. They were speaking in a different language to one another. None of this happened the first time. She has burns on the inside of her mouth from the cement. She called me in tears. It's unbelievable to me that people that are supposed to be professionals, could be this cruel to a human being. She's a college student and I made the decision not to pay. Every procedure took way longer than it should have. I had a root canal that took several hours (like 3-4) then had to come back to have the same tooth extracted the next day. I was there for a procedure, arrived 15 minutes early for a 10 am appointment. I sat in the waiting room until after 11. I sat in the room alone for almost 45 minutes. At 11:45 I got up and left. They came in as I was getting my belongings to leave. The front office staff is constantly changing, apparently they can't keep staff. read more

I cannot overstate how terrible my experience at this dental office was. My veneer fell off, leaving me without a front tooth just before Christmas Eve. Not only was I charged $253 for glue and x-rays, but I was then told my veneer wasn't salvageable and that I needed a crown. (the glue I paid $153 for, lasted less than 24 hours) They assured me the crown would be covered by my insurance--until 30 minutes before my appointment, when they called to say they don't accept my insurance. If I wanted the crown, I'd have to pay out of pocket. This left me scrambling with no options, as it was late in the day before a holiday, and I was still missing a front tooth. They eventually agreed to glue my old veneer back on if I came to my 5 PM appointment. I arrived at 4:55, only to wait for almost an hour before anyone helped me. When they finally started the procedure, the staff was incredibly rough. I told them they were hurting me, and they blatantly ignored me. I have had my veneer replaced before and I have never been burned by the light they use to cure the cement until I came here. My lip is burned on the inside. Their lack of compassion and professionalism was appalling. This office showed zero regard for my situation, their poor timing made it impossible for me to seek other help, and their treatment bordered on cruelty. If you value your time, money, or basic dignity, go anywhere else. read more

I first came here late last year in 2024. I thought I had a cracked tooth and I saw they took my insurance and had good reviews. The first day I came I payed $75 (my insurance covered most of the cost) for an x-ray that was insisted on to really see what was going on. They said it looked like I had a crack and sent me to a specialist who said there was nothing wrong. I was then booked for a cleaning with their dental hygienist and was charged $150 for medicine that was not covered by my insurance, but I was not told about that before hand. I came in again to get my old fillings removed and re done. I had a nice dentist that I assume was covering at the time and he was great. I came in again today to finish the rest of my re- fillings. Though they were patient, they added something to my dental plan that was not covered by my insurance but decided to give it to me for "half off" I payed $200 out of pocket for a procedure they told me the day before would be completely covered because they changed my dental plan in the middle of getting my fillings done. We started at 8:15 with the numbing, but i did not get worked on until 9 am. My son was coming in at 9:30 for his first check up. Dr. Sameh was looking over him and 2 other patients before he got back to me and finished my fillings. By then the numbness was wearing off and I could feel everything. I spent 4 hours there for cavities. After my appointment and paying $200 out of pocket they wanted me to pay another $200 for their 360 x-ray and book my appointment for my wisdom teeth extractions that would also be out of pocket. I told the receptionist I did not have the money for that right now and she had the audacity to ask if I had an idea of when I would so they can book my appointment. I wish I would have read the recent 1 star reviews that have the same experience as me. It feels like a scam and they are very pushy. Do not come without expecting to pay a few hundred dollars more than what they tell you. read more

BEWARE!! These people are scammers!! My son went to Dentistry 4 Kids and got a referral to have two wisdom teeth pulled out. I decided to switch Dentist because he turned 18 and he aged out of Dentistry 4 kids. So I decided to take him to a new dentist in Norco that was near our home because they were new. I saw that they took our insurance. I thought it was a good idea. I did not go with him to his appointment because I had another appointment I could not miss. He called me and told me that they wanted to do a different type and x-ray that was going to cost an extra $700 and he had to have all four wisdom teeth pulled. The X-ray that we saw at dentistry 4 kids, he had two wisdom teeth. The other two never came in. They were trying to charge me and my insurance money for something they were not gonna even do. I told them that he already had x-rays done and there was only two that needed to be removed but they tried to tell me he had four. My son ended up leaving without having treatment done and we went someplace else. The other dentist also told me he only had two. So don't believe these people when they tell you that your insurance doesn't cover certain treatments and they're trying to diagnose them. Get a second opinion! I highly recommend Dental Lyfe Studio. I had the best experience, nothing like any other dentists I have been too. I had a last minute emergency because my wisdom tooth chipped. I have to start with the Staff. Mayra made sure I knew all upfront costs and made sure on multiple instances that she maximizes my insurance. She was extremely knowledgeable with all the different insurance benefits across my two dental insurances. Miriam & Claudia were awesome assistants. Dr. Soliman is amazing, he made sure to walk me through his examination, take a mirror and explain each tooth and what he was seeing both on the X-ray and in my mouth. The equipment is state of the art. He had a 3D CT Scan to make sure my wisdom teeth extraction went smoothly and all roots were removed and that he didn't miss anything. Dr. Soliman saw I was extremely nervous and recommended I get laughing gas to help calm me down. I have never had such a positive dental experience. He changed my expectations in dentistry.
