From the appointment making process, to them reaching out on a Saturday to reschedule due to an emergency. I could tell this place was professional from top to bottom. I met Dr. Bonebreak and was blown away by not only his professionalism but how comfortable he made me feel. I am also very observant, this man has manners. I am big on always saying thank you to those around you! I noticed he always thanks his staff and is professional with them but you can tell he is kind. The young lady who assisted me with my Invisalign today was very knowledgeable, I was nervous about getting them. A little more so when I realized I had to wear them on the bottom and the top to fix the lowers. She put all that to rest for me. Walked me through maintaining them, and answered my 56 questions. I also noticed how thorough Dr. Bonebreak was with his notes on my teeth. Dr. Bonebreak wrote so much to ensure he was giving the best possible service. This makes me happy since I am spending a little over 6k to essentially make my teeth perfect. I wish this was place I had taken my daughter to, but shoulda , coulda, woulda :( I can't say enough great things about this place ! Professionalism goes such a long way. Very unorganized I scheduled an in-person initial…read moreconsultation, and during that visit the receptionist -- I believe her name was Kerry, a woman with long reddish wavy frizzy hair -- took and scanned both my medical and dental insurance information into the system. However, when I arrived for my actual appointment, this same lady was completely unaware of who I was and stated that I was "nowhere in the system," despite the fact that I had an appointment card in hand. She then told me they could "try to fit me in" and that I would need to wait about 30 minutes because the doctor "had an appointment." Ironically, that appointment was supposed to be she sarcastically said, "It's your choice," while throwing her hands up in a dismissive manner, as if she truly did not care whether I stayed or left. I responded that if this is how new patients are treated, then no thank you.
