The place is very clean, walls colors are bright and everyone always greet you with a warm smile. The doctors and assistance are always helpful and gentle with my toddlers even though my kids are throwing fits and crying. I would highly recommend taking your kids here! The environment is great! When I did try to make an appointment for her prior to going to college, I had to beg to get her seen, then for them to tell me she needed work that they were not willing to do, like filling cavities, and they basically threw her out. She had her braces done there and other procedures. I have never had that experience with any health professional. I was shocked and hurt by the disloyalty, I guess there was no more money to be made at 18 years old. I then started to experience the same thing with my younger child - after his braces were all done, there was no need to encourage him to come back. It also may be that they don't need your business anymore when they pull out of your insurance network. You become a liability. Money first which is unfortunate because my children used to love this place.

Hygienist Lisa was awesome with a hyper, cabin-fevered kiddo, giving names and "kid-friendly" applications to the entire cleaning process (my fave: Mr. Thirsty for the mouth vac). Dr. Heather was direct and didn't try to upsell X-rays, procedures or anything - just straight-forward advice for the next six months of a constantly changing PreK mouth. He ended up with tons of cavities and one of the teeth is decaying so this year (2021) we made appointments for the regular cleaning with his dentist, after the visit we were recommended to this place Greater Boston Smile Pediatric for his his tooth decay. We did come for consultation and after a few months we can get his teeth straighten out (one is taken out and the other 8 is crowned for his own good). We're so worried to see to see him going through the whole process because he had to take the med for the procedure and he wasn't himself til it wears out (a good 3-4 hours later). He had early appointment and left around noon. He's back to normal around 5pm and we're pleased with the results. The doctor even called around 8pm to check on him and thanks for trusting him to have my boy in his hands. Then staffs are very helpful. You can't find any place like this. Highly recommended! This office is not kid-friendly, not compassionate, and completely unprofessional when dealing with pediatric patients. My daughter was in extreme pain during a tooth extraction, crying loudly and trying to get out of the chair due to how traumatic and painful the experience was. Any parent in that situation would be distressed. Instead of showing professionalism, patience, or basic bedside manner, the dentist became confrontational, escalated the situation, and ultimately refused to complete the procedure. She abruptly walked away and told us to "go somewhere else," leaving my child in the chair with instruments still in her mouth, actively bleeding, and with a broken tooth left unfinished. My daughter was left crying, shaken, and injured--both physically and emotionally. Abandoning a pediatric patient mid-procedure is unacceptable and dangerous.
