My wife loves this place even though they are not inexpensive. I give them 4 stars instead of 5 because the wait was long--we waited 20 minutes after out appointment time--and then again we waited at the end for the dentist. Overall, we were there an hour although the actual cleaning took about 10 minutes and the dentist check out another 10 minutes. Other than the wait, the people are great and the little one likes going there. it is very kid friendly and makes them feel comfortable.

The staff here are obviously experts at working with young children. Our exam room, not just the waiting room, had lots of toys for him to play with while we waited (see photo) and he got to sit in my lap during the exam which helped him feel more comfortable. The staff was so calm and patient with him and they were so kid-friendly. I was shocked, but he let them clean and check his teeth! After his exam, Dr. Marr even sat and talked with me for at least 20-30 minutes. She answered all my questions, gave great advice, and was really supportive. The facility is very clean and updated and super kid-friendly. I am so happy we found them!

The folks are truly gifted & passionate about what they do and have fully embraced this calling! The place is entirely kid-friendly with tv flatscreens on the ceilings playing kid shows to distract your kiddos while they are being cared for. They also have toy bins, and they give a little toy to your kid each time for being so brave. Dr. Garza is so intentional in ensuring that your kiddo's first-ever dental experience is not a traumatic one. On Gabriel's first visit, Gabriel just wasn't ready & was beginning to freak out. Instead of pushing the issue, Dr. Garza compassionately suggested that this wasn't the right time for Gabriel & to reschedule. While we were sad, it was the right decision. Gabriel still received a toy, and we weren't even charged a dime for the visit! Since then, Gabriel has had several wonderfully positive experiences at this terrific establishment.

So much so that each time I would try a new office we were told she was untreatable without the use of sedation for a mere cleaning. As a result her dental health suffered because we were not able to get her comfortable with seeing the dentist & did not have the means or resources to pursue the extreme measures we were told were needed to get her the proper care she needed. After many years of emotional and mental angst for both me & my daughter we landed in the care of Dr. Dragan. My daughter was immediately open minded in their care. She allowed them to perform X-rays & sat through her exams & cleaning with no complaints, & it was not just the absence of complaints, it was a "I can't wait to go back there" once we got in the car. This statement from a child who refused to even open her mouth for every previous doctor. The weight that has been lifted off both she & I is immeasurable. I feel like we both can breath after so many years of grief around the subject. She is incredibly proud of herself & this gift was given to her solely by the team at Plunk Smiles, for which we are beside ourselves with gratitude. Please expect confetti, balloon animals, juggling, prizes, & laughs. Cherry on top was how fair their pricing was for such a charismatic & relationship driven experience!

The environment is friendly for all, but the employees who worked there when I was growing up even remember me now as an adult and come say hi. Recently, my permanent retainer fell out so I visited to get a new retainer put in. They treat their patients so well and always charge fair prices for retainer work. After my new retainer was put in, I needed a new removable retainer to go over it as my old one didn't fit. Now they take a scan of your teeth and turn it into a 3D model instead of using the not so fun molding. I was provided a copy of my 3D model so if I ever have any issues with my removable retainers I can just drop the models off at the office to get new retainers made. How easy is that?!
