Unfortunately I need many implants because of neglecting to go based off a bad experience as a child. I drove from Tucson for services based on cost in the states, everyone I spoke to was very polite and was intrigued by how friendly and polite they are to each other, seemed like a very fun environment for the employees. Which added to the great experience for me as a patron. I was horrified it was doing to hurt like you know what, but ends up they made it painless, then the aftercare even more painless. I would HIGHLY recommend laser dental, in fact I already have recommended my manager and several other coworkers. If you want great service, excellent care and no pain go to laser dental Nogales and save yourself the money for better care then you will receive in the states.

The form confirms X-rays completed in last 6 months and has a yes or no check box indicating no active infections. Had X-rays and a teeth cleaning on May 1st and then came back on May 22nd with the understanding this form would be take care of. See email below From Dental Laser: Hello Angie, I spoke with the doctors involved in your treatments, Dr Angelica told me that the responsible for the authorization form for your surgery will be Dr Sanchez; he wants to see you in order to fill out the form, we can move your appointment with him on 5/22 from 10 to 9:30 so he can have more time Ivan S. Dental Laser Nogales, Customer Care Specialist On May 22nd Dr Sanchez was unwilling to complete this form telling me that this can only be done by a specialist. I spoke to the office manager Jose and he told me all specialists were busy. Dr Sanchez agreed that I have no infections but wasn't comfortable checking the "no" box on the form. (!!??) Dental Laser is not confident enough to stand by their dental evaluations. I would not had make a trip to Nogales from Tucson if Dental Laser was honest when I asked about having this form completed. Dental Laser should have just stated we cannot complete the form instead of leading me on. Now I had to spend $100 to see another dentist in Tucson and take time off work. During this visit the Tucson dentist found a cavity (which Dental Laser MISSED) so total cost $400. Dental laser should pay this amount but I know that Dental Laser DOES NOT DO THE RIGHT THING. Dental Laser, pretty on the outside, decayed on the inside.

The results exceeded my expectations--you can't even tell it was ever damaged! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. The clinic was spotless, modern, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. One of the best parts is the convenient location--it's just a short walk from the U.S. border, making it quick and easy to get there without needing to drive into town. If you're looking for high-quality dental care with exceptional service, I highly recommend Arizona Dental. I'll definitely be returning for any future dental needs. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

I hardly ever leave reviews for anything. So when I leave a negative review, it's because what I…read morereceived was horrible. I had two bridges and veneers put on by this office in 2021 and 2023. I was told that I was getting ceramic bridges and veneers. I'm not a dentist, so I have to trust the information that I'm receiving is correct. Last week, one of my bridges broke. I called Arizona Dental and was told it was not under warranty because I had not visited every six months. Fine, I was annoyed by that, but I was willing to fly from Miami back out to Arizona to have it done. I have all my receipts from this office. They sold me what they said was a ceramic bridge and ceramic veneers. I decided to visit a dentist in Miami. When I got to her office, I asked her how long ceramic bridges usually last. She told me that usually they last a long time so if mine broke after 3 years it must've been a manufacturing defect. She started her exam and looked at me and told me that what I had in my mouth was not ceramic at all. I got defensive about that and thought that she was just trying to take money from me. I called a friend whose son is in dental school in Miami. He took a look at the work and said that it was not ceramic. A professor of dentistry at the dental school took a look at my mouth and said none of this work was ceramic. This professor is a professor in endodontics and restorative dentistry. So he is an expert in crowns and bridges. When a dentist removed the broken bridge to take an impression for the new one, they demonstrated the difference between a ceramic crown and what was in my mouth. They don't even look the same. They used a drill to show the difference. A ceramic crown will spark when a drill bit touches it. What was in my mouth will not. They sold me ceramic work, but what was in my mouth was composite materials. None of these dentists knew that I had the work done in Mexico. I purposely did not say anything about that because of the stigma that sometimes comes with foreign medical or dental work. All of them also commented that one of the fillings that was done was done poorly as well. The work I have had done in the U.S. was all fine. Again, I am the only one who knew what work was done where. Without the dentist having any of that information, every problem they pointed out was with work that was done at Arizona Dental. People visit dentists and physicians with a certain expectation of skill and level of trust. I'm not a dentist so I have to trust that what I'm being told, and what I'm being sold, is true and correct. That did not happen here. Three different dentists have told me the work in my mouth is not ceramic. I did not tell them where I had the work done. I asked about two other crowns I had in my mouth that I had done in the United States. Both of those are actual ceramic crowns. Again, I never told these dentists where I had anything done. They pointed out all the work that I had done in Mexico was not ceramic without even knowing I had it done in Mexico. I'm sure this is not an isolated incident. People go to this office because they are not dentists. They go to save money. Less expensive, or cheaper, is not always quality or even saving you money in the long term. With three different dentists telling me what's in my mouth is fake, it is no longer anecdotal or hyperbole. This office lied to me. As far as I'm concerned, they also stole from me. This office is always rushing. It's like an assembly line in there. I've had to return to get things done from that office before. I had a crown that just kept coming out. When I lived in Phoenix, I visited that office to have it re-cemented two or three times. That's not normal! A dentist in Phoenix said the crown was not made properly and was not fitting around the tooth correctly. He redid it and it's now fine. There are plenty of good dentists in Mexico. But avoid this office. It will cost you more money in the long run to redo the work with a qualified dentist that will do things the right way.

I drive 280 miles to get there. Does that tell you something? It takes me roughly 4 1/2 hours each way. I got sick and tired of being raked over the coals by American dentists. And that was with dental insurance! I have found Dental Periogroup to be honest, patient, thorough and highly professional. Let me tell you what I got during my initial visit. On my first visit They did a complete inspection with a full compliment of X rays, Digital pictures, and wax impressions of my upper and lower teeth. I also got a full deep clean by the actual dentist! I paid $75.00!!! Is that something to complain about? During my very first visit Dr. Espinoza introduced himself to me and thanked me for giving them a chance. I have been blessed to have Dr. Camargo as my dentist. I could not ask for a better dentist and there is not enough room here to sing her praises. The office staff? Not only are they adorable but they already know my name! Honestly though, if I had to compare the dental treatment that I have received in the states vs. what I have received at Dental Periogroup, I would have to give the nod to Dental Periogroup. I'm not satisfied, I am thrilled to have found them. Better quality, better service and better prices. Buy with confidence. Joe from Prescott.

On August 2, I went in for him to remove the old crown and put a temporary on that tooth. I told him then I was in constant pain. On 8/17 I had the permanent crown put on. Again it was extremely painful, I could not bite on the tooth and it hurt just to touch it with my tongue. Thus began a series of visits to "adjust my bite." I was going in weekly to have the tooth ground, still in much pain. Finally Dr Garfield said he would replace that crown. I went in on October 27 and the old crown was removed and a temporary was put on. The temporary fell out a few days later and when I called to come in to have it fixed I was told there was no one available and to get glue and replace it myself. This temporary crown fell out several times a day and I kept attempting to fix it, almost three weeks. Finally four days before the permanent crown was to be put on I met Blanca, an assistant at the office, to put it on. She kept grinding on the tooth next to it until I told her to stop. That fix lasted two days. Mid November the permanent crown was placed. That night I woke in excruciating pain. I called the office the next day and they had me come in. Dr Garfield took more x-rays and said everything was fine. At that point he came over and took my hand and said I'm really worried about you. That was it, never you better go to a specialist, he ground that tooth down another 1/2 hour insisting it was a bite issue. I was living on advil, ( he wanted to give me a prescription strength prescription, I said no, but he did call in a prescription for more antibiotics. At that point I called a client that was a retired dentist and he said to ask for a referral to an endodonist. I went to the endodonist on December 8th. A few x-rays showed that part of Dr Garfield's file was left halfway up a root, one root was only completed about a third and one was done correctly. He advised surgery to try to get the file out and finish the root canal. I had the surgery, several more months of pain and healing. The tooth is ok, not great, will probably need an implant in the future. I paid Sunshine Dentistry $3500.00 for five months of pain and suffering. My surgery was another $2000.00 I filed a complaint with the board of dentistry. Dr Garfield had the audacity to say I had refused a refund. That is not true. One of the owners of the business called me and offered the $3500, I replied what about the surgery costs, etc. His reply was he would meet with the other owners and get back to me, I never heard back. So for an expensive traumatic, experience do go to Sunshine dentistry.
