The surgery itself is a good one (although the parking isn't always straightforward) -- there's always plenty of reading in the waiting area and some toys for the kids too. It's a slight pity that he's not an NHS dentist, but then that's the way of dentistry these days All in all, a decent dentist.

Over the last few months, I have required a lot of denture care (root canal, fillings, injections) and was feeling very anxious. I experienced no pain at all and after visiting dentists all my life genuinely feel he is one of the best. Thanks Stefan.

While the facilities might not be as modern as my previous dentist, Ocean Dental, I find it much easier to get an appointment here and the staff are also much more friendly and accommodating, and you feel a greater degree of care, rather than feeling like a burden. The staff at Fogg & Whittingham Surgery really do seem to care and provide excellent quality dental treatment. I have generally been seen rather close to the appointment time, although the waiting room can get rather busy, they do have a lot of dentists working to meet the demand. If you're visiting via car, there is only street parking available on residential streets nearby, so do arrive on time for parking.

Sat just off the busy Northway bypass, from the outside you'd be forgiven if you didn't even recognise it, as it just looks like any other house along the road. Once inside, the small waiting room is filled with all the usual magazines and quarterlies for you to distract yourself with whilst you wait (I wish I could say it's the only time I read a women's magazine, but it's not). Once inside the dentist's room, the staff there are friendly and chatty, putting your mind at ease if ever you need it. Fortunately, I've never really needed many treatments but my parents have in the past and have always been very pleased with the results. As dentists go, this is definitely one of the best ones, in my family's eyes at least.
