Unlike most people, I've never really hated or feared the dentist. If anything, it only really represents a minor inconvenience because, on each visit, I'm never in there for more than thirty seconds. I guess I'm just lucky when it comes to having good teeth, touch wood.
This dentist in Maghull has been my local (although not local enough) dentist since I was born. Sat just off the busy Northway bypass, from the outside you'd be forgiven if you didn't even recognise it, as it just looks like any other house along the road.
Once inside, the small waiting room is filled with all the usual magazines and quarterlies for you to distract yourself with whilst you wait (I wish I could say it's the only time I read a women's magazine, but it's not). Once inside the dentist's room, the staff there are friendly and chatty, putting your mind at ease if ever you need it. Fortunately, I've never really needed many treatments but my parents have in the past and have always been very pleased with the results.
As dentists go, this is definitely one of the best ones, in my family's eyes at least. read more
