The initial job was completed in October 2025 by Ryan. The service was done at my residence on my 2020 Tesla and initially looked good but the following day I saw some imperfections in the paint, some drip marks, bubbles. I sent pictures of all this to Ryan and was told to wait 2 weeks for it to completely dry. So I waited 2 weeks and sent another text - no response. Waited another week sent another text - no response. This started a series of texts and emails with no response. A neighbor who had gotten Dent Scratch's number while they were working on my car let me know Ryan would be at our complex so I took the opportunity to talk to Ryan and ask about the follow work that was promised. I got an apology and Ryan scheduled me for the following day to get the imperfections taken care of on my Tesla. The following day no one showed so more text and emails were sent by me asking why no one showed. I finally got this response via email "We apologize for this. Julio was supposed to be at your place last weekend. I will have Ryan contact you and take care of this asap". This was in December 2025 and I still haven't heard from Dent Scratch, Ryan or "Julio". I waited to provide a review in hopes that I would get the job completed but unfortunately I still haven't heard any response from this business. The no response to a customer that paid for a service is not ok and unprofessional. I like to support small business but I cannot recommend this one due to lack of response and incomplete below average work. read more

This guys did a horrible job on my Tesla. I'm trying to have them corrected but they don't even call back. The paint job was just awful and they can't even match a white Tesla which is pretty common. They paint I pearl white which is not white. Do not waste your money in going to this place. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have dealt with Ryan (owner) and Julio(technician). On 11/29, Julio came to my residence to work on my vehicle, stated that he could get the dents out and match my paint. Upon completion of the job, everything seemed to look fine but it was later in the day and dark out already. The next day, I noticed that the paint job was not what I expected and what they promised. The passenger door had drip marks where he painted and left drip and air bubbles. on my hood, the paint also looks textured and has drip marks. I brought this to Ryan's attention and he seemed to be responsive by letting me know that he can schedule someone to come back out and correct the work. We scheduled an appt for 01/10. When we spoke on the phone, he stated that we were confirmed and we will be taken care of. Fast forward to 01/10- no one arrived and when we contacted Ryan, he stated that the appointment was cancelled due to no confirmation received. We were confused because he specifically stated that we were confirmed and he'd make sure we were taken care of. He then scheduled us out to 01/17. Again, no show. We log onto the app and put appointment has magically disappeared and when we try to contact the company- no answer and no responses to text messages. The amount of inconvenience and frustration this has brought is beyond comprehension. I can't believe a business is not responsive or trying to help me correct THEIR mistake. Please fix this Dent Scratch Pro, I'd like a full refund of the $950 i wasted on this poor job. read more
