He got down on the ground, removed the pieces of my car that were on the ground and then proceeded to fix everything else that was loose. He made due without having the right parts. Had to visit Caliber Collision twice this year unfortunately due to accidents but me being a…read morereturning customer speaks volumes. My first visit to Caliber was for my 2020 Audi SQ5 which was rear ended and I connected with them after I couldn't use the provider my insurance company (USAA) suggested. When I called I spoke with Sandy in scheduling and the process was super easy, they took the estimate via email, got me scheduled promptly, and kept me informed through the process. They also coordinated my rental car via enterprise for me and coordinated the return. Through the process of repairing my Audi I was informed throughout and was invited in to see the damages after the vehicle was assess with removed parts. For this my advisor/adjuster was Selena and she's very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Overall this is great repair shop that will take car of your vehicle and provide quality customer service. Most recently my 2008 Toyota Camry was serviced and this was a very similar process. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the damage the vehicle was totaled. Nonetheless Selena and Sandy kept me informed throughout the entire process and worked directly with USAA and Copart. Hopefully I won't be returning this year or anytime soon but I'll gladly return here and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs from accidents.
