I started with the mozzarella sticks. They were exactly what you'd expect--nothing particularly memorable, but they satisfied the craving. For my entrée, I ordered the deep-fried seafood basket with all three options: shrimp, oysters, and fish. Everything was perfectly seasoned and fried to a crisp without being overly greasy. It came with cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, and a small serving of coleslaw that balanced the heaviness of the fried foods nicely. The jumbo shrimp were sweet, plump, and succulent, while the oysters and fish were also delicious--exactly what my soul ordered. What truly elevated the evening was the atmosphere. Live music and a spectacular fireworks show over the water. The singer's rendition of the national anthem was absolutely beautiful and gave me goosebumps. Between the food, gorgeous ocean views, live entertainment, and fireworks, this was a memorable dinner and a great way to spend a Friday night on South Padre Island.

The duck breast was tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The highlight of the night, however, was the Key Lime Soufflé. This was easily one of the best desserts I've ever had. The balance of flavors was perfect. Not too sweet, not too tart, just the right amount of key lime. The soufflé itself was also baked perfectly. Every course was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the entire meal felt incredible from beginning to end. Let me start by saying it's a popular place so I highly recommend making a reservation. They offer indoor and outdoor seating with amazing views of the sunset and water and as my pictures show, we had the perfect view for it. The fresh bread is to die for even if you have to wait a little bit for it, I recommend ordering it. We decided to share an order of raw oysters and split the prime rib and I'm so glad we did. The oysters were great, the only recommendation I have is that they should cut them a little more to make for easier eating. The prime rib was the biggest piece of prime rib I've ever had. It was so thick, flavorful, delicious and perfectly cooked. It was paired with asparagus and a humongous baked potato. Liam's offers generous portions and the price points were very comparable even though we were at a beach vacation spot.

We ordered the Mahi tacos of course and side of the famous French fries and some fried calamari! Holy smokes they did not disappoint! My Mahi tacos came loaded with pico de gallo and sauce paired with their fresh verde salsa! Muah chefs kiss fantastic from the first bite to the last. Now on to those French fries not only were the cuts like I've never seen before from a potato but they tasted like the best potato ever must be from a local farm. The fried calamari was really good too very fresh and scrumptious! Nothing like some great fish tacos and great views next to the bay to make for a great island vibe dinner! Huge shoutout to the staff they're super attentive and friendly! They definitely made the whole dinner experience that much better nothing like a great restaurant on the island that has everything to offer. If you catch it they will cook it for pretty cheap too! Everything was delicious! The iron skillet came with 8 huge shrimp and I opted for garlic butter, which gave a dipping sauce. The fries were HUGE! Our kids loved the fries, burger and hot dogs that they ordered. The drink I ordered was strong and tasty, the toasted coconut was the icing on the cake.
