Okay, this place needs to stop calling me. I don't live here. I revere searched this number and when I answer no one speaks, the line is dead. Would appreciate if the employees quit playing games read more

In town for the weekend and tonight the waitstaff that took my order and made me wait 10 minutes before I could even take a order. Once I did this lady was so smart mouthed I had to tell her I'd never put that food up or order there again!!!! read more

The food was fine & what I expected from Denny's. The host was a very friendly and nice guy. However, our waitress was obviously bored with her life. She was barely seen. We were a group of 6 and all 6 of our drinks were empty for a while. She was nowhere to be seen. When she finally brought our food, we had to point out all the drinks were empty. Two of the orders were incomplete & we had to send her back to the kitchen. She wasn't friendly, attentive or quick. Our lunch took close to 1.5 hours. read more

Surprisingly good food for a Denny's. Service was also very pleasant and my server was very helpful.

I really don't think I'm hard to please, but eating "with" my husband is normally a pleasant experience. This Denny's changed that. We were seated and waited on quickly, friendly waiters. My husbands meal and my bacon showed up. Evidently the cook didn't know how to make pancake puppies! They didn't show until we checked out...... that after visiting the dirtiest restroom I've ever seen! I was informed by the manager it was cleaned two days ago!!! I give up, afraid there is no helping this place. read more

We waited forever to be seated but didn't mind. Then waited for a hour to get a simple apple slices with caramel. Then we asked for more caramel because they gave us a millimeter of it. Then the waitress never brought it. Then my sister got chicken and waffles, and the waffles were cold , and the chicken was burnt. read more

We just had a great breakfast, and much of the credit must go to our exemplary waitress Danielle! She was fantastic! Ask for her if you happen to stop here. read more

Avoid this place if you don't want wait 30-40 min just to have a dirty table, bad service etc. etc.

In alot of major cities Denny's is synonymous with late night (after the bar) grub that isn't all that appealing. I cannot say that for my local Denny's though. I have NEVER had a bad meal here...wait staff are for the most part friendly and check on you often. Beware the 'graveyard shift' cause the service can be horrible at times; often sitting at the table for 30 minutes waiting to get your order taken. Selections are getting better every year and I just have to have my breakfasts here day or night. Managerial staff are GREAT as I know them on a personal level and are always pleasant...often taking time from their busiest times to stop on over at our table to chat and joke up a storm with us. Fun place! read more

Complete waste of trip and money. I waited over an hour for my food with no refill. the order was completely wrong and the manager did nothing but 10$ off my 75$ bill. Never going to a Dennys again. read more

Upon arrival I was not greeted. I was looked at but not talked to. The sign in the front stated, "please wait for hostess to be seated." I waited a good 4-5 minutes before I was even talked to. The booth was clean however the seats were uncomfortably hard. The food came out quickly and our waitress was nice. I ordered the invisible woman slam. It came with two blueberry pancakes topped with bananas and strawberries, 2 eggs, turkey bacon, and hash browns. I ordered my eggs over easy. One egg had no runny yoke at all and was cooked well. My other egg was over easy. Weird right? The hash-browns were not cooked very well in addition to the turkey bacon. My pancakes only had blueberries in the center and not throughout. The pancake topping were good. My husband got the cinnamon pancake breakfast. His bacon, eggs, and pancakes were good. His hash browns were pretty crappy also. His pancakes tasted like Cinnabon! Those were the hit of the visit. While checking out I noticed a lady with a name tag "Manager" on it. I asked if they had hostesses or if the waitresses were hostesses. She said sometimes they do but mostly on weekends. If you're looking to stop here, I do not recommend it. I like feeling valued as a customer and I did not get that's here. read more

Terrible!!! Do not stop here if you are trying to get somewhere! One hour after ordering food our ticket was still 3rd in line according to our waitress. Our 4 year old was starving and so were we so we left! My advice, if you are heading north just keep going to Trinidad for better service and better choices! read more

Food is very average like you expect from Denny!s. stick with deserts and breakfast to be safe. I had a salad which gave me stomach problems for our hours on our drive back to Texas. read more

We had a nice waitress who was easy to talked to. She took our order and got our food out amazingly fast! The meatballs in my spaghetti were huge! She did forget to give us our check and we had to track her down for it, but it was no big deal. Besides that, great experience! read more

I just had a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and skip this restaurant. I ordered an ultimate omelette. It arrived very dry with no cheese. The waiter offered to have it remade. It came back in about 2 minutes. They just threw some cheese on the existing omelette and called it good. I sent it back again and told them never mind. I'd get something somewhere else. At that point my husband chimed in that his quesadilla was so hard he couldn't eat it. He opened it up to try to just eat the filling. That's when he discovered that they used nacho cheese sauce instead of shredded cheese on his food. My kids food was fine but overall it was a miserable dinner. We stopped by Arby's next door before getting back on the road. That was actually pretty good. read more

This restaurant had the WORST service I have ever had at a restaurant. We waited over an hour for our food, which was then incorrect. The waitresses were rude and unhelpful, and every person at our table of four had at least one item made wrong. A small side salad turned into a $9 salad, and a mac and cheese side was also over charged. When I complained to the manager, the response was just that it was a bad night and nothing would be done. I will definitely not be going back to this location, and I will think twice about other locations as well. read more

Stopped in for a late breakfast on 8-19. Pancakes were great, bacon was crispy, and coffee was good. The service was very good even though they seemed to be short a waitress or two. I definitely would return. read more

The staff went above and beyond in serving stranded customers like my son and me during the Nov. 2015 blizzard. Denny's was our oasis and the staff provided impeccable service and helped brighten our day under trying circumstances (for them as well as us). read more

Food not good and service was worse. Over an hour to just get a cheeseburger and ham and egg sandwich. Manager sitting in corner drinking coffee and on phone while we waited and waited for water and order to be taken. Then he sat in lobby area on phone as we waited and waited for tag. Finally went to counter, paid and walked past him as he continued to talk on phone. Very few customers and over abundance of wait staff standing around. read more

Food was good and fast. Waiter was efficient and friendly. Place was clean and easy to get to. The hostess was less than friendly.

Small town...but hey it's Denny's right wrong the service sucked it was ...dirty like food and trash on the floor.....and talking to the Manager cuz i decided to take the food and go.well she was rude. I asked her why trash was every where she snapped at me and my wife and said it was not my concern. I walked out. the Place was not busy and everyone was sitting there that worked ther...wow very dirty read more

The service here is absolutely terrible. after being completely ignored for 25 minutes I finally asked the hostess what was going on. she took my order of coffee and breakfast. Then, I waited another 20 minutes no coffee until I got up again and ask her to give me a coffee. finally after another 20 minutes I asked for the manager. at that point not one waitress the time to ask me for my order to check on me or evening acknowledge my existence. read more

Wow! I totally agree with the previous review. After traveling for hours on the road all I ask for is a clean restaurant with clean restrooms. Well don't stop here! The bathrooms were dirty, no soap or paper towels. I knew we should have left after one of the employees comes out of the stall ( took a number 2) and pulled on the soap dispenser, no soap, says "oh well" and just barely runs his hands under the cold water. He then turns to me and said "they don't know how to run this place" and then walked out and returned to the kitchen. After 20 minutes of sitting in the booth My wife, my daughter, and I all ordered the super bird thinking a turkey sandwich with crisp bacon was a safe bet. Not so fast, when the food finally arrived the bacon was saw practically raw. Needless to say, we picked the raw bacon off and tried to eat half of the sandwich. The restaurant floor was very dirty, the booths were dirty, and the waitstaff was slow. We would never go back! We tried to contact cooperate headquarters after we got back home from our trip and they seemed unresponsive. Where are health services or food inspectors when you need them? read more
