From the minute I spoke to Jon on the phone, I knew he was different! I called to get a quote and he actually spent around 45 minutes not only to answer all my questions and concerns but also asked questions about my event I hadn't considered. I am astonished at Jon's thoroughness and his professionalism. The day of the event, Jon contacted me just to confirm that he would be with us. We booked him for four hours of up-close magic and mentalism (mind-reading). Finch arrived early to get his bearings, but he brought no props or equipment. Some of the other services that thy offer are face painting and magic shows. They are really a one-stop shop for kid birthdays. They confirmed the appointment the day before the party and the ballon artist was on time, as scheduled. He was very good with the kids (there were about 10 to 15 of them) and had a wide range of ballons animals he could make like a bumble bee, a giraffe, a unicorn and he even made a Baby Groot for the birthday boy since that was his party theme. He made sure all the kids had ballons and offered to make my birthday boy a second one if he wanted. The ballons were good quality and you could tell exactly what they were, without asking. One thing to note is that you pay the deposit via credit card on the phone and the remaining balance is paid in cash to the artist or entertainer. They really enhanced the party and give the kids something to take home. I will definitely be using them again when I need to plan another kids party.
