Food was cold and hash browns were burnt. I've been to many Denny's and this is the worse yet.

Order was incorrect and incomplete. Denny's chose to blame it on Doordash! Like, what? I didn't order through them, I ordered on the Denny's app! Food was 15 minutes late, cold, and not right. Scrambled eggs are never "pretty," but these are downright hideous; like a lump of burnt egg mess.. Red skinned potatoes look like they've been through a hard divorce, all withered, shriveled, and burnt.. Sad. Just sad... As for the Denver Omelet... This thing looks just as rough and sad as the potatoes! Cold as heck, too! Use caution when going to, or ordering from, this Brownsville location. Manager doesn't care about what is wrong. She doesn't fix anything, and blames the delivery driver! SMH read more

Ordered an omelet and the egg was burned. It was supposed to be loaded veggie and had only a few veggies. The other plates in my party their egg was burned as well. Their biscuit tasted like baking soda. The only good thing was the orange juice. They didn't even use fresh veggies. It was all frozen packaged. The food was just disgusting. I wouldn't even feed it to a stray dog. If you come to Dennys may God have mercy on you. Never again. read more

Whenever my wife and are in Brownsville, we go to the only Denny's (1875 N Expressway) and it's open 24/7. Comparing our most recent visit with visits to other Denny's locations, we felt that our food came out quicker & the wait staff was very friendly. The bathrooms could use a touch up. read more

I was here today April 9th, 2022 and it was so dirty on the floor and tables. The busboy and waiters just grabbed the plates and utensils and does not clean the tables. Busboy didn't even carry a rag to clean the table. Hope the franchise owner and manager notices this. read more

Manager is horrible!! Every time I go greeter is usually the manager and never greets! She's very impolite and has no costumer service mannerism. Waiters take forever with food even though restaurants isn't packed. Never going back to this Denny's. read more

This Denny's was a complete and total nut case, the service was horrendous, my party and I were ignored for 2 hours straight. I had to spill water on my lap to gain the waiters attention. We had to steal food from the other table because they would never serve us. My daughter found an onion in her pancake. The television would play the same ad of a dog and mentally scared my in-laws. The whole time I was in there I felt I was being judged for wearing my everyday outfit (a tank top undershirt and sandals). Finally the establishment was way too dark for me to wear my sunglasses indoors. In conclusion I rate this "restaurant" a one star, I would rate it a zero star if the option was available. What can be said about Denny's that hasn't yet been said? A delicious local cafe that serves everything from breakfast to dinner, 24 hours a day. Get home cooked-style meals to dine in or pick up. I went with my family - a party of 4 adults and one kid - and I can tell we had a good experience. It was packed - something to expect, since it was Memorial Day - but our waiting time was not as long as I expected - based on previous experiences on the nearby IHOP. The service was regular, our waitress was kind, but the service could improve. The quality of the food was really nice, my mom and me shared the Regular Breakfast with Red, White and Blue pancakes and I tasted a bit of the Ultimate Omelette one of my aunts ordered and it was delicious. Brownsville Denny's on Expressway 77 The menu items here are so limited and most of it is American food, the portions are small non filling and yet quite expensive. My food was served cold and the lettuce from my salad was unwashed and had dirt, the cheese tasted spoiled.
