I feel the restaurant breached its responsibility to serve us within a reasonable amount of time, and bullied us into paying for the meal one way or another. If they knew how backed up the kitchen was, they must inform the patrons and let them decide if they want to stay of not. They put profit above service. I will never return to this restaurant.
