While it is not perfect, it is a lot better than it was. The funny part is that the individual from Houston Granite asked me twice for their name and contact info and did not understand why I would not give it to them. Reason being, I spent a lot of time and had to pay this person to fix what they could not do right themselves and they did nothing to help me in getting this resolved. I can only assume he wanted their information to fix other seams they cannot get done correctly for other customers. I had to use a lot of my time and pay extra for something that Houston Granite and Flooring could not do right the first time and could not correct without taking away the shine of the countertop.

I spoke with Josh Mahon about my issue with a squealing outside fan motor. We set up an appointment and his guy Mike came out for the service call. He called me well in advance to give me plenty of time to meet him. He was very knowledgeable and he was a straight shooter about the age and condition of my system. He shares my opinion that if the system is in good shape, leave it alone until an issue arises. We talked about eventual replacement of the AC only as the furnace was much newer and also the fact that it's freakin' Texas! He was happy to provide a rough number for that as well as a quote for the fan motor. Needless to say, my only gripe was they showed up two days early, but that's not really an issue. They will be back to repair my unit later this week and they will be my go-to for bi-annual service calls to keep my unit running as long as possible. The phone either rings out or goes straight to voicemail. The company phone rings one time and then goes to the answering machine. We also paid over $1200 for this service and now we can't even get a phone call back. Very Poor customer service.
