I couldn't have been happier with the end result . After Dennis and his crew finished the installation of my new life time roof. Arrived in a timely fashion and job was completed in less then 4 hours. There was no mess left at my home, the guys were very professional and answered all my questions. Kim in the office was super helpful in setting up the project and calling me after the installation of the new roof , to make sure I was happy with the job. They will be back at my home in novi mi today and preform more updates to my home. I'm sure I will be very happy on completion of these projects as we'll as the roof. I needed a door so I went here with the measurements and was told that they could come out the very next day to do a custom measurement and would have the door ready that day also. The following day I called and no one answered so I drove out there to see if my door was ready. When I got there, the lady working behind the counter was on a personal call and just kept talking as I and another customer waited. When she finally did get off the phone, she said she would do the measurement tomorrow. When I asked why she hadn't done it that day, she simply stated she didn't have time to. It would have been great if she had contacted me to let me know that before I drove all the way there! No apologies or nothing. This place is so unprofessional. It's an unorganized mess. Don't waste your time. If you are doing repairs to a mobile home, there are plenty of other places to go....like Capitol in Romulus...which is where I ended up going. read more
