Or just a couple miles from the pike. Limited parking at the entrance for handicap and some charging spots. Usually those are taken so you have to go to the lower parking spot and walk up a ton of stairs. There's also the option to valet which is $12 or only $4 if you have a handicap placard. To get to the lab/imaging location, when entering turn right after the check-in station, then go straight to the end of the hall and then left. You'll see a wooden desk on your right to check in. There's a small waiting room there, but also a larger room across the hall. They're not a lot of phlebotomy stalls, but they move pretty quickly. Staff are friendly and efficient. This is a good option for getting labs vs driving into Boston.

At an hour-and-a-half, I was told that ALL scheduled appointments would go before me, and since even people with appointments were waiting more than 45 minutes, there would always be scheduled appointments showing up to bump me back. When I asked for a new projected wait time, I was told at least another 2 hours. I went to a Mass General Urgent Care and was seen in short order. It was more professional, less crowded, faster and took my insurance so there was no charge.

For more extensive treatment I'd seek out a more reliable urgent care with Doctors on staff. I've been here unfortunately more times than I'd like to admit for infections and various discomforts because I didn't want to deal with the high fees of the Urgent Care and the ER. They also offer Flu Shots and other services you can check on the website. In order to avoid being held captive while waiting you can reserve a spot online and check in when you arrive. This will save you some time. However, the process is never as expedient as the name implies. I've registered online, showed up in the exact time slot and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the NP to finish up with the previous patient(s). For my infection it was convenient that I could get the prescription right on site (with more waiting of course), however they kept insisting on prescribing me Bactrim as the only option. I'm not sure if it was due to the limitation of pharmacy stock but I had adverse reactions and fared better when I switched over to the Doxycycline for the next round of infection. (I'm a troubled case.) The NP on staff I've interacted with have all been professional. However, I had a persistent infection on my face that did not clear up with just the oral antibiotic so I actually spent additional money seeking alternative treatment at the Needham Urgent Care ironically located right next to the other CVS. They suggested the combo with Doxy and a topical steroid ointment. This is a fine option, but if you have a trickier case I'd definitely recommend going to Urgent Care over the MinuteClinic.

I mean, you walk in the front door and these three young ladies, Taylor, Evelyn and of course Kennedie-she's a little bit mischievous-warmly greet you. It's just so chill. My little guy Sammy was so comfortable. He was lying on the floor. They go over everything with you. Costs low end and high-end. Dr. Pritchard is terrific . This is a no-brainer

Beware of where your money is coming from- going to and be especially opened eyed about employees in the business office. Be very sure to ask for copies of every transaction made because they will try and secrete any and everything in paper form. Document every incident and file grievences because they make sure those incidents do not have a computerized data based system that stores nor is there a requirement that staff log in any complaints when they happen. If you are not of sound mind or have any mental heath issues they will take advantage of you! Make sure you have family members, friends or even better an Attorney on speed dial, if you don't not have an Avocate, you are a prime target for their bottomline - to make money off of you. They care about one thing and it will not be you! They get minus 5 stars!!!
