He also got a very old puke stain out of the carpet upstairs, and it has not returned, as they sometimes do. At this point, I don't even freak out about stains because I know once I call CI, they'll be gone. He also left me a bottle of stain cleaner that was better than any Resolve or whatever else I've used. - One thing I appreciated: I called Dan to clean the carpet in my rental home, and it had cat urine in it. I hired Beaver County Cleaning to do a one-time cleaning for a move out. I explained that I needed…read morea thorough floor scrubbing with baseboards wiped, tub cleaned, kitchen and appliances wiped down, etc. Some furnishings remained in the house during the work. Inspection of the completed work revealed not only a clean house, but a meticulous attention to detail as well. The furniture had been moved, then very neatly and appropriately re-placed. All surfaces, fixtures and appliances were beautifully cleaned to 'move-in ready'. I had requested that the tub be re-caulked and that job was very well done as well. I also asked them to dispose of some dishes from a china cabinet, and the remaining dishes had been neatly and attractively rearranged. Even the blinds were all adjusted to an identical tilt/angle. I hoped for excellent work, and that's exactly what I got.
