She even double checked the delivery address when google maps pointed to the wrong house. Very thorough. Rick was awesome, both the initial dumpster delivery and the final pick-up were handled smoothly and arrived exactly when promised. The prices are so reasonable. BEST PRICES in town. Two days after it was placed I called them to let them know it was ready for pickup. The following week I called again and I was assured it was on the schedule and would be picked up. On day 13 I called again but only got a message saying they were with another customer or on another line but would get back to me. I left a detailed message that the dumpster was still in my driveway and I was having supplies delivered in 2 days and needed the dumpster removed or it would have construction supplies that were being delivered blocking its removal. No one returned my call. And here it is, the end of day 14 and the dumpster continues to block my driveway. I should not be STORING their dumpster for this long on my driveway. I strongly recommend using a more reliable company.

I asked if he wanted more work and he said yes. I contacted him again, when I was ready for the second job, and he agreed. We set a date and he requested money again. I was less hesitant the second time because he kept his word the first time. The second time he canceled, and I asked him to reschedule, rather than refund the money. He agreed. After that, 4-1/2 weeks later, he has not rescheduled or communicated about rescheduling. I said to return the money, since he is not rescheduling. He was a hard worker once, and then he was swindler who took advantage of me.

The problem continued until a second paid visit finally fixed it. Since then, we've made multiple attempts to request a refund for the original service and have not received a direct answer. Instead, the company has avoided addressing the refund altogether. Paying for a service that doesn't fix the problem is one thing--refusing to take responsibility afterward is another. Based on this experience, I would be cautious.
